🔹 For example, in Kherson region, a 58-year-old resident of Beryslav district was detained red-handed while trying to sell a "trophy" RPG-26 anti-tank grenade.

According to the case materials, the dealer was keeping the munitions in his own house under the bed. During the inspection, additional caches were found:

▪️ RGO, RG-42, F-1, RGD-5 grenade cases with fuses;
▪️ five TNT blocks;
▪️ more than 200 rounds of ammunition of various calibers for automatic weapons.

According to the investigation, the defendant found the weapons at the former locations of enemy troops during the occupation of the right bank of the region.

🔹 In Chernihiv region, a 48-year-old local resident was detained for manufacturing homemade explosives and disguising them as fire extinguishers.

He set up an underground "workshop" right on the territory of his own home. During the search, the SBU found ready-made IEDs, explosives and other components for making homemade bombs.

🔹 In Rivne region, an unemployed resident of the region was suspected of trying to clandestinely sell an AK-47 assault rifle and two magazines for it, which he got through his friends in the frontline areas.

The offender was keeping the military arsenal for sale in a pit he dug in the middle of the forest near his place of residence. During the search, nine artillery rounds and four combat grenades, one of them for an under-barrel grenade launcher, were seized from the cache.

🔹 In Cherkasy region, a former military officer was detained who tried to clandestinely sell an AK-74 assault rifle equipped with a magazine and a silencer and more than 50 rounds of 5.45 mm ammunition.

All detainees have been served a notice of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives).

The criminals face up to 7 years in prison.

The operation was conducted by SBU officers in Kherson, Chernihiv, Rivne and Cherkasy regions jointly with the National Police under the supervision of Zvenyhorod and Dubno District Prosecutor's Offices, the Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Central Region and the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Another UAH 2.2 billion is invested in government bonds, i.e., lent to the state, which is another 18.9% of assets. And UAH 5.8 billion was withdrawn to accounts in other banks (correspondent accounts) at once, which is 49% of assets, almost half.
"You don't need to be a great soothsayer to guess what Petro Poroshenko may be preparing his bank for and what he will have to deal with in the event of IIB's bankruptcy," Vitaliy Kulyk notes.
However, despite the fact that five months have passed since the NBU officially recognized Poroshenko's business reputation as IIB owner as not impeccable, the regulator is in no hurry to impose a temporary ban on his voting rights in IIB shares.
In addition, experts emphasize that in similar cases, the regulator acted more rigorously and quickly. For example, when the National Security and Defense Council imposed sanctions on the owners of other banks, including JSC Motor Bank (V. Boguslayev) and JSC PIN Bank (E. Giner), similar decisions were made by the NBU within weeks. That is, the NBU's actions against Poroshenko may indicate illegal activities with certain officials of the regulator.
In addition, NBU inspections revealed systematic involvement of JSC IIB in money laundering schemes and illegal transactions in the area of financial monitoring violations. In particular, since the beginning of 2025, the NBU has applied eight enforcement measures to JSC IIB, but none of them limits Petro Poroshenko's influence on the bank.
As a result, at the request of JSC IIB officials, 10 lawsuits against the NBU are being considered by the Kyiv and Vinnytsia District Administrative Courts to declare unlawful and cancel the decision to impose enforcement measures on the bank for violating the law, as well as to recognize Poroshenko's business reputation as impeccable. One of the cases filed by JSC IIB has already been satisfied, which led to the reversal of the NBU's decision to impose a fine.
It follows that, contrary to the requirements of the law, the National Bank headed by Andriy Pyshnyi has not yet taken any measures to ban Poroshenko's influence on his bank. The politician continues to use the banking institution in his own interests by exerting influence on persons controlled by him, in particular, on the Chairman of the Board of JSC IIB Kostiantyn Ludvyk and other management of the institution.
Experts note that the liquidation of the International Investment Bank will not have significant economic consequences either for the country's budget or for the banking system as a whole. To commit the terrorist attack, the offenders received coordinates from Russian special services, where they found a cache and took an improvised explosive device (IED).

Before that, the agents monitored the places of the largest concentration of personnel of the Defense Forces, marked these locations on Google maps and "reported" to the Russian curator.

After "agreeing" on one of the sites with a racist, the suspects planned to plant explosives there.

The SBU exposed the agents in advance, documented their crimes and detained them on their way to the site of the planned terrorist attack.

According to the investigation, the enemy agents were a married couple of unemployed Odesa residents who were recruited by the enemy in the Telegram channel in search of "easy money".


During the searches, the SBU seized smartphones with evidence of work for the enemy.

SBU investigators served both agents a notice of suspicion under Art. 14, Part 2 Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (preparation for a terrorist act).

The issue of qualifying their crimes as high treason committed under martial law is being decided.

The criminals are in custody. They face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

There are six nuclear power plants in Ukraine, including Chornobyl and ZNPP, and each of them can be targeted by Russian drones and missiles.
