The offenders face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.

During the searches, the SBU seized a ready-made IED disguised as a fire extinguisher, other explosive components, and a smartphone with evidence of working for the enemy.

The SBU investigators served the agent a notice of suspicion under Part 1 Article 14, Part 2 Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (preparation for committing a terrorist act by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).

Unfortunately, on October 13, 2024, Senior Lieutenant Andrii Bulochnikov was killed in Sumy region.
