In this context, the establishment of our own mass production to meet the needs of the Ukrainian army comes to the fore. And all conditions have been created to generate innovative ideas. However, it is time to move to mass production. Therefore, Mr. Honchar emphasized the following aspects:

🔲 Massive "garage" innovation is a great advantage of our environment: quick experiments and prototyping have provided many practical solutions. At the same time, the chaotic multiple production of different types of platforms creates critical logistics, maintenance, and training issues. When a department has hundreds of different models, inventory, repair cycles, and operator training become more complicated.

The problem is not innovation per se, but the balance between innovation and unification. As a result, it is not technology as such that comes to the fore, but the model of work: people - processes - technology. We need clear procedures for interaction between aviation, artillery, intelligence, cyber units and headquarters; clear protocols for task distribution and verification of results. Only a combination of people, technology and processes can produce a sustainable effect.

We thank the Sahaidachnyi Security Center for the opportunity to share important insights, for the first year of work and implemented projects💙💛Ukrainian society needed such an analytical organization.
