Law enforcers collected evidence on the facts of war crimes of the Russian army against the civilian population of Zaporizzhya region. The crimes are classified under Part 2 Article 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war), Part 3 Article 110 (Trespass against the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

These issues were discussed at the meeting, which was held with the participation of Vitaliy Syvolap, Deputy Head of ZOVA, Oleksiy Bakay, Head of Berdiansk Rayon State Administration, and heads of territorial communities.

As for the work of educational institutions in the territories, representatives of the district noted that currently about 14 thousand students and more than one and a half thousand teachers are involved in the educational process. The training takes place in a remote format according to Ukrainian standards. However, the occupants continue to put pressure on teachers and force them to collaborate. In this case, teachers who evacuated to the regional center can teach at the educational hub.

The Information and Resource Center of Berdiansk district continues its work, where IDPs can get explanations on education, social protection, pensions, employment, health care, culture, as well as get advice from a psychologist and a lawyer. In total, 3057 consultations have been provided since the opening of the hub. During the period of the Center's functioning, 611 people called the hotline and 3680 people registered. In addition, Berdiansk residents have the opportunity to get vaccinated against COVID. So far, 118 people have already been vaccinated.

The last issue discussed during the meeting concerned the organisation of the work of healthcare institutions in the Berdiansk rayon. The heads of hromadas noted that medical institutions are working, doctors provide local residents with the necessary assistance, provide medicines. Part of the staff evacuated. In particular, the issue of functioning of oxygen stations in the city of Berdiansk remains problematic.

Три питання на порядку денному - організація освітнього процесу, робота інформаційно-ресурсного центру Бердянського району й ситуація в закладах охорони здоров’я. Про це говорили на нараді, яка пройшла за участю заступника керівника ЗОВА Віталія Сиволапа, очільника Бердянської РВА Олексія Бакая та голів територіальних громад.

Що стосується роботи навчальних закладів на територіях, представники району зазначили, що наразі до освітнього процесу залучено близько 14 тисяч учнів та понад півтори тисячі педагогів. Навчання відбувається в дистанційному форматі за українськими стандартами. Проте, окупанти продовжують тиснути на вчителів та примушувати до колаборацій. В цьому випадку, педагоги, які евакуювалися до обласного центру, можуть викладати на базі освітнього хабу.

Продовжує свою роботу й Інформаційно-ресурсний центр Бердянського району, де ВПО можуть отримати роз’яснення з питань освіти, соціального захисту, пенсійного забезпечення, працевлаштування, охорони здоров’я, культури, а також отримати поради від психолога та юриста. Всього, з відкриття хабу було надано 3057 консультацій. За період функціонування Центру на телефонну «гарячу лінію» звернулось 611 осіб та зареєструвалися 3680 осіб. Крім цього, бердянці мають можливість зробити щеплення проти COVID. Наразі вже вакцинувалися 118 осіб.

Останнє питання, яке обговорили під час наради стосується організації роботи закладів охорони здоров’я на території Бердянського району. Очільники громад зауважили, що медичні установи працюють, лікарі надають місцевим мешканцям необхідну допомогу, забезпечують медикаментами. Частина персоналу евакуювалася. Зокрема, проблемним залишається питання функціонування кисневих станцій в місті Бердянськ.
