According to the investigation, the suspect was in collusion with other employees of the Myrhorod and Lubny territorial centers for recruitment and social support in Poltava region. With their help, he searched for clients and prepared documents that allowed men to travel abroad.

In particular, at first, the client was "helped" to obtain a conclusion of the military medical commission on his unfitness for military service based on a fictitious diagnosis, and then he was removed from the military register altogether.

According to available data, the official had previously helped his acquaintances evade mobilization.

During the searches at the suspect's residences and workplaces, as well as in several district "military registration and enlistment offices", law enforcement officers found documents confirming the illegal activity. They also found a significant amount of cash, including the one the official received from a "client," and several dozen packages of documents on potential evaders.

Investigative actions are ongoing to identify all participants of the illegal scheme and bring them to justice.

A notice of suspicion under Part 3 Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine) is being prepared. The issue of choosing a type of detention is being decided.

За наявними даними, посадовець раніше вже сприяв своїм знайомим ухилятися від мобілізації.

Під час обшуків за місцями проживання і роботи фігуранта, а також у декількох районних «військкоматах», правоохоронці виявили документи, що підтверджують протиправну діяльність. Також виявлено значну суму готівки, у тому числі й ту, яку посадовець отримав від «клієнта», та декілька десятків пакетів документів на потенційних ухилянтів.

Тривають слідчі дії для встановлення усіх учасників протиправної схеми та притягнення їх до відповідальності.

Наразі фігуранту готується повідомлення про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 332 Кримінального кодексу України (незаконне переправлення осіб через державний кордон України). Вирішується питання щодо обрання запобіжного заходу.

According to the investigation, the traitor was a local businesswoman who, after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, repeatedly published anti-Ukrainian comments in various public media of the aggressor country.

Later, she contacted Lokhmatyi, with whom she communicated through a specially created Telegram channel.

During the search, the SBU seized the detainee's cell phone, which she used in reconnaissance and subversive activities in favor of Russia.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

She is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The offender faces life imprisonment.

The operation was conducted by SBU officers in Mykolaiv region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Під час обшуку у затриманої вилучено мобільний телефон, який вона використовувала у розвідувально-підривній діяльності на користь рф.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили фігурантці про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану).
