The Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv has ruled on a preventive measure for Andriy Rudenko, the former deputy mayor of Kharkiv, who is suspected of organizing a scheme to embezzle more than UAH 5 million for the construction of fortifications. He was left in custody until August 26 without the right to be released on bail.
