There will also be a significant component of the visit by the Ministry of Defense and the National Security and Defense Council. We are forming a plan of meetings. We have offered America several strong defense agreements that can strengthen both our countries, and we need to make our dialogue with America on these agreements more meaningful.

I am grateful to every partner who has already joined the PURL program and have instructed them to work with countries, particularly in Central and Southern Europe, to ensure that they also have this crucial support for our defense and at the same time a productive relationship with the United States. The PURL program makes it possible to buy such obviously important things as missiles for the Petriots and the Hymens, and it makes the United States' interest in cooperation with Europe more meaningful.

The officials reported in detail on energy needs and recovery from Russian strikes. They have identified a list of priority countries that can help in the right way and in a timely manner. We already have significant agreements with Norway and the Netherlands-I spoke with the prime ministers of these countries. We need to fully implement everything at the team level. We are also counting on the support of some other partners, and I have instructed them to contact us directly and report on the results of our conversations. In fact, we know what steps will provide Ukraine with sufficient support for resilience.

As we have said, in the negotiations with the EU on Ukraine's membership, we will be ready to open all clusters this year. We continue to work with the European Union at all levels to ensure that we move forward in the way that every country that fulfills its obligations deserves. Ukraine has been fulfilling its part of the commitments, and we expect the same full-fledged work from the European side. We see relevant political opportunities.

He also instructed us to intensify our work on sanctions, and the key target of sanctions should be Russia's oil revenues and its ability to buy new components for the production of drones and missiles. No drone or missile could be produced by Russia on its own without importing critical components and special equipment from other countries.
