"No matter how tired he was, he could still go to the stadium in the evening... And he loved to read since school. He often asked me to bring him books about the war from Chernihiv. In general, he read a variety of literature," said his mother Tetiana Puhach.

"He was calm and reasonable. Not too talkative, at least at home. His friends describe him as a good friend," added his father Volodymyr.

In April 2021, Yevhen signed a contract for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a gunner of the 2nd Infantry Division of the 2nd Infantry Platoon of the 1st Infantry Company of the Infantry Battalion of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozkyi. During the full-scale invasion, he defended Ukraine in the Luhansk and Donetsk directions, and was a machine gunner.

Yevhen was buried in his hometown.

The soldier is survived by his parents and grandparents.

▪️ 16:00 Харківський р-н, Дергачівська ТГ, м. Дергачі, територія фермерського гочподарства. Пошкоджено господарчу споруду через ворожий обстріл.

▪️ 11:30 окупанти артилерією обстріляли село Одноробівка. Значні пошкодження отримали два двоповерхових багатоквартирних житлових будинки та двоповерхова будівля у якій три квартири, магазин та приміщення старостинського округу.

🔺 Ізюмський район с. Яремівка на міні пелюсток підірвалась жінка 60 років, мешканка села. Надана медична допомога.

▪️ 30 червня 08:00 Богодухівський р-н, Золочівська ТГ, с. Баранівка, вул. Центральна. Внаслідок обстрілу пошкоджено приватний будинок.

🔹 На Харківському напрямку мало місце девʼять штурмових дій ворога в районах Вовчанська та Глибокого. Дві з яких іще тривають. Ситуація під контролем Сил оборони.

🔹 Купʼянський напрямок. Відбулося вісім боєзіткнень. Окупанти атакували в районах Стельмахівки, Піщаного та Синьківки. Всі атаки відбито.
