According to the investigation, a 17-year-old boy from Dnipropetrovs'k region and his 16-year-old girlfriend from Cherkasy region, recruited by the racists, were preparing the attack.

Among the potential "targets" of the enemy were long-range artillery batteries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and reserve command posts of the National Guard's forward units.

For conspiracy, the agent had three smartphones at once, which he used separately to record coordinates and contacts with his supervisor in an anonymous chat.

The SBU Military Counterintelligence detained the Russian mole and took measures to secure the positions of the Defense Forces in the area of enemy intelligence activity.

The SBU investigators served the FSB agent a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The offender is in custody without the right to be released on bail. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The special operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
