SBU CI detained two more Russian agents in Kyiv region. At the request of the FSB, they transported Ukrainian SIM cards to the aggressor country for enemy drones attacking our country.

The presence of these microchips improved communication and navigation of Russian drones.

According to the investigation, the occupiers' tasks were carried out by two residents of the capital region, one of whom was a former law enforcement officer.

After being briefed by the Russian secret service, the defendants first bought Ukrainian SIM cards, and then, to conceal the route of the parcel, sent them to their accomplices in the European Union.

From there, the cell phones were sent to Russia. Namely, to the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga in Tatarstan, where the factories for the production of combat UAVs are located.

Another task of the Russian agents was to recruit employees of Ukrainian mobile phone companies to obtain intelligence from the inside of domestic operators.

SBU CI exposed the enemy's intelligence activity, documented the agents and detained them.

During the searches, the SBU seized smartphones with evidence of contacts with the FSB supervisor and foreign accomplices. The agents also had mobile cards prepared for "traffic" to Russia.

The SBU investigators served the detainees a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The criminals are in custody. They face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Investigative actions are ongoing to bring to justice other members of the Russian agents in the European Union.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Kyiv and Kyiv region under the supervision of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

Back on August 29, 2025, soldiers from the Dnipro Air Assault Forces hit a logistics distribution point for drones. The result was the destruction of the Russian aggressor's huge stockpile of attack UAVs.

As noted in the General Staff, the enemy's turn of ammunition came on September 18, 2025, when the defenders destroyed a regimental ammunition depot of the Russian occupation forces in Luhansk region. In addition to the ammunition, enemy vehicles were also burned.

He was born in the town of Boyarka. His grandmother sang in the church choir, so he often visited the church. He grew up as a kind, honest, bright child in his thoughts and actions. After graduating from high school in 2017, he entered the University of Educational Management of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

For Yehor, joining the Armed Forces was a matter of dignity and honor. He was trained in the UK and served in the Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky. He participated in the battles for Kurdyumivka, Klishchiyivka, and Bakhmut.

In one of the assaults, Yehor and his comrades faced the superior forces of the Wagner PMC in close combat and held off the enemy invasion for two days. In that hell, the defender received his first injury. After surgery and rehabilitation, he continued his service with the 30th Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozkyi Mechanized Brigade as a pilot of an fpv drone.

Yehor Solomko fought his last battle in the village of Vasyukivka on July 29, 2024. That day, he saved the life of his friend by taking the brunt of the attack...

The warrior was awarded the Order "For Courage", III class (posthumously).
