The boiler house itself was not dismantled and even more - it began to serve Markushin, not the community.

💬The then assistant and right hand of Markushin Ruslana Lavrenyuk tells: "He told me to give him my documents - passport and identification code. I asked: "Why?". Markushin replied, "It's the way it has to be." At that time, I trusted the chief completely and did everything he asked: I brought my documents and later signed the ones they gave me to sign. So I officially became the owner of the boiler room building, which I didn't even know I owned. Then Markushin asked me to find tenants for the premises. I did. A hairdresser and a manicurist started working there. Every month I charged them rent and gave the money to Markushin. This went on for about a year.

In 2020, Markushin decided to change the official owner of the premises. An extract from the State Register of Real Property Rights certifies that half of the former boiler room belonged to his kuma, Lyudmila Gaini. The state registration was carried out by Markushin's wife, private notary Natalia Badrudinova.

💰 Office rent in this area of Irpen - about 400 UAH per m². The area of the object is 185.2 m². Profit - about 74 thousand hryvnias monthly. As a combatant, he was in the operational reserve. Since October 2017, he worked at the Rivne Railway Transportation Directorate. On February 23, 2022, he received a call-up and the next day he was already part of the 130th separate reconnaissance battalion - he was appointed commander of a mechanized reconnaissance platoon.

From January 2023, Andrii Olshanskyi fought in the Zaporizhzhia direction, participated in the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the liberation of Robotyn. In October 2024, his unit was transferred to the Kursk direction. On October 26, 2024, during the evacuation, the wounded soldier died near Pavlivka, Sumy region.

He says that he has agreed with Ukraine Focus CEO Burman Brock to supply pickup trucks to the frontline in addition to ambulances.

"This fantastic team of Americans will provide the best vehicles, service, logistics and delivery to Ukraine. When someone in the U.S. Congress is hesitant to help Ukraine, they should see the example of Brock and his team. If you ask me what I see as the ideal relationship between Ukraine and the United States, I will say that it is a relationship like the one I have with Brock.
