Based on the SBU evidence, six more traitors who fought against the Defense Forces in Donetsk and Luhansk regions were sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Four of them - as part of the 4th and 7th motorized rifle brigades of the aggressor - captured Siverskodonetsk, Kreminna and Popasna, and fought near Bakhmut.

Among the four convicts is a racist accomplice who was sentenced to prison after being captured for the second time. The first time was in September 2022, and the next time was after an exchange, when he was sent back to the front line in the east in 2024.

Two more traitors were in the ranks of the 110th motorized rifle brigade and the 111th rifle regiment of the Russian Federation, which tried to break through the Ukrainian army's defense in the Pokrovsk sector.

Based on the evidence collected, the court found the perpetrators guilty of crimes under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

It is a 37-year-old captain Semen Solovov (call sign "Maple"), commander of a consolidated detachment of the 228th motorized rifle regiment of the Russian armed forces (military unit 22316).

According to the case, in March 2022, his unit participated in the capture of the village of Yahidne.

While in the village, Solovov ordered his subordinates to drive civilian residents of the village to the basement of the village school, where the occupiers set up their headquarters.

Thus, for almost a month, the Nazis held 369 local residents hostage, including 69 minors.

According to the investigation, people were locked in a 197 m² basement without light, ventilation, sufficient water and food.

In this way, the occupiers used the victims as human shields for the Russian command post.

Due to the inability to receive medical care in time, 10 elderly people died in the detention center.

The investigation established that the offenders acted separately from each other and had several FSB supervisors.

Thus, two of the agents were unemployed from Kostiantynivka, who spied on the defense lines of the Armed Forces on the outskirts of the city.

They also tried to track the logistics routes of ammunition supplies and the movement of Ukrainian troops to the front line.

Another defendant is a 45-year-old resident of Sloviansk who was tracking the location of fortifications and military warehouses in the area of the frontline city.

To collect data, the agents walked around the area, took photos and marked the positions of the Defense Forces on Google maps, and then "reported" to their handlers.
