While we are preparing an extensive analysis of the decision, which is almost 500 pages long, I will write about its key aspects.

So, the ECtHR pointed out
- the unprecedented nature and connection with the general context of armed aggression against our country;
- Russia is waging a campaign to destroy our state as such and as a subject of international law that has no right to exist;
- incompatibility of the Russian regime with the principles of existence of the Council of Europe.

We fought very hard in this process for such conclusions of the international judicial body, which are already important not only for Ukraine but also for other countries!
The list of recognized human rights violations is also considerable, but I will mention a few of them:
- abductions, illegal arrests and captivity of civilians and ill-treatment and torture of civilian prisoners and Ukrainian prisoners of war;
- the policy of mass deportation of the Ukrainian population from the occupied territories;
- abduction and deportation of Ukrainian children;
- systematic suppression of the use of the Ukrainian language;
- Violation of the rights of relatives of those killed in the downing of the MH17 aircraft.
These conclusions alone are proof that truth and justice triumph over any propaganda.
A more detailed analysis of the identified violations will follow later.
