​​⚡ Держспецзв'язку провела круглий стіл щодо захисту критичної інфраструктури

Держспецзв'язку разом із Проєктом USAID «Кібербезпека критично важливої інфраструктури України» провели круглий стіл «Національна система захисту критичної інфраструктури: галузеві нормативні акти, ідентифікація та категоризація критичної інфраструктури».

Метою круглого столу було обговорення подальших конкретних кроків із забезпечення захисту обʼєктів критичної інфраструктури (ОКІ).

Нещодавно Верховна Рада України ухвалила в цілому проєкт Закону «Про внесення змін до деяких законів України щодо формування та реалізації державної політики у сфері захисту критичної інфраструктури». Цей закон визначає, що функції уповноваженого органу з питань захисту критичної інфраструктури України виконуватиме Держспецзв’язку.

Зараз в Україні триває робота над створенням переліку ОКІ, без якого неможлива подальша діяльність із забезпечення захисту цих обʼєктів. Відповідальним органом за створення переліку на сьогодні є Держспецзв'язку. Під час круглого столу учасники обговорили проблемні питання на шляху формування реєстру, а представники Держспецзв'язку відповіли на запитання представників державних органів щодо приналежності певних обʼєктів інфраструктури до критичних.

📢 Нагадаємо, що на базі переліку ОКІ буде створений реєстр об’єктів критичної інфраструктури. Також на базі переліку ОКІ буде розпочата робота над переліком обʼєктів критичної інформаційної інфраструктури (ОКІІ). Відповідальним органом за створення переліку та реєстру ОКІІ, а також аудит їхньої безпеки та забезпечення кіберзахисту є Держспецзв'язку.
