The funds are to be allocated primarily to socially vulnerable groups of the population, households located in the areas or near the combat zone.

It is the responsibility of territorial communities and their leaders to analyze who should receive assistance and ensure the necessary procurement. Then it is up to the communities to distribute this type of assistance among their residents. The regional military administration is responsible for the overall coordination of work in this direction. After the communities provide up-to-date lists of eligible households, the ZOVA will distribute the state subvention funds among local budgets.

- Currently, the mechanism of work in this direction is being prepared, which will approve the volume of wood, procedures for its transportation and free distribution among socially vulnerable groups of the population. Territorial communities are already analyzing the needs and costs, compiling a targeted list of households that will be provided with fuel wood and working out the logistics of its delivery. There is only one common task - to ensure the sustainable passage of the heating season, - said Hennadii Tymchenko, deputy head of the ZOVA.

Потім саме громади мають розподілити цей вид допомоги серед своїх жителів. Обласна військова адміністрація відповідає за загальну координацію роботи в цьому напрямку. Після надання громадами актуальних переліків відповідних домогосподарств, ЗОВА буде здійснено розподіл коштів державної субвенції між місцевими бюджетами.

- Наразі готується механізм роботи в цьому напрямку, яким чином будуть затверджені обсяги деревини, порядки її транспортування та безоплатного розподілу серед соціально незахищених верств населення. Територіальні громади вже проводять аналіз потреб і вартості, складають поадресний перелік домогосподарств, яким буде надана деревина паливна та відпрацьовують логістику її доставлення. It should be reminded that yesterday the police registered about three dozen reports of destruction in the regional and district centers of Zaporizhzhia region.

Private and apartment buildings, cars, shops, medical and educational institutions, public transport stops and other infrastructure facilities came under fire of the occupants.

Currently, 12 people have been identified as dead. Another 12 citizens were hospitalized in medical institutions of the city, including two children. Police officers, rescuers and specialists of the relevant services continue to work at the sites of the attacks.
In addition to the regional center, settlements of Polohiv district were also under fire of Russian troops. Attacks from multiple rocket launchers and artillery were recorded in Orikhove, Gulyaypol and nearby villages.

The police and the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Zaporizzhia region opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of the laws and customs of war" over all facts of armed crimes of the aggressor country.

За усіма фактами збройних злочинів країни-агресора працівники поліції та УСБУ в Запорізькій області відкрили кримінальні провадження за ч. 2 ст. 438 КК України «Порушення законів та звичаїв війни».

Цієї ночі російські загарбники вперше застосували проти мирного населення Запоріжжя безпілотні летальні апарати – зруйновано два об’єкти цивільної інфраструктури. За попередньою інформацією, це були БПЛА «Shahed-136».

На жаль, лікарі не змогли врятувати його руку, проте врятували життя. За мужність і героїзм Дмитро отримав звання Герой України із врученням ордена «Золота Зірка».

On October 7, 2022, the Prymorskyi Court of Odesa found the traitor guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 Art. 111 (high treason committed under martial law) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
