After receiving a "report" on arrival at the destination, the occupiers were to activate the IED by calling a cell phone that was connected to the explosives.

However, due to the proactive actions of law enforcement, the tragedy was prevented.

SBU investigators are currently planning to serve the detainee a notice of suspicion under Part 1 Article 14, Part 2 Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (preparation to commit a terrorist act).
