The issues of additional qualification of the offender's actions under Part 2 Art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (sabotage committed under martial law) are being settled.

The offender is in custody. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Of course, controlling the illegal proliferation of weapons and resolving crisis situations in the field of civil protection are also on the agenda.
