Пріоритет - комплексна підготовка приміщень до роботи освітніх закладів в режимі офлайн. Нині продовжується облаштування захисних споруд, сучасних харчоблоків і шкільних їдалень. Вже сформований перелік об’єктів будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту. Це 28 закладів освіти Херсонщини.

Також в області впроваджені модифіковані програми вивчення української мови в 5-11 класах закладів загальної середньої освіти для учнів, які минулого навчального року пропустили навчання або навчалися не за українськими освітніми програмами.

Ще одне важливе питання – питання оподаткування в прифронтових громадах Херсонської області. Обговорили спрощений підхід до розблокування податкових накладних для підприємств деокупованих територій.

Стабільного проходження опалювального сезону 2024/25 року – ще один вектор розмови. Аби забезпечення населення деокупованої території Херсонської області якісними житлово-комунальними послугами в опалювальний період вже сформована потреба у технологічному обладнанні та устаткуванні.

🔹 На Купʼянському напрямку сили оборони відбили 22 атаки загарбників. Ще тривають чотири бойові зіткнення в районах Берестового та Макіївки. Ситуація контрольована.

Forwarded from Ескадрон Надзвичайно рідко пишу тут свої думки, не хочу заважати смакувати ураженнями💥. Проте, тема з наказом про переведення екіпажів FPV на лінію бойового зіткнення - не дає мені спокою. Далі👇 по суті та без ідеограм.

Розумні командири знають, наскільки гарний екіпаж FPV може розрулити ситуацію на полі бою. Вибити противника з траншей, зупинити наступ, попередити цей наступ, або навіть зробити так, щоб ніхто і не подумав наступати, бо ще вночі вибили логістику.

«Пелагея, бий мотолигу!», і Пелагея бʼє МТЛБ.

«Лом, вали танчик!» І танчика немає.

Командири обирають цілі. Пілот - обирає висоту, посадку, точку. Обирає між станцією чи ретранслятором. Знає які частоти працюють на його ділянці фронту, а які ні.

Ну не можуть пілоти FPV стояти в 1-2 кілометрах від ЛБЗ. Сучасні наші технології дозволяють пілоту і обладнанню стояти в 10 км від ЛБЗ, і знищувати цілі в 10-12 км за ЛБЗ. Так само, як і стояти в 6-10 км, а виставляти дрони в 1-2 км.

Пілот часто знаходиться далеко від фронту не тому, що він з боязливих, а тому, що в його точці - ідеальний радіогоризонт!

Групи БПЛА переросли в роти, потім роти - в батальйони. Спочатку вони довели свою ефективність, і тільки потім, з запізненням, були накази на масштабування. Сьогоднішні накази про вихід пілотів «на нуль», помножать існуючу ефективність на цей же нуль.

Потрібно запамʼятати раз і назавжди просту аксіому - групи FPV це вільні рибалки. Якщо досвідченому пілоту не диктувати місце для рибалки та наживку - буде улов. Якщо ж зарегулювати все до останнього, не залишити права на вибір - буде катастрофа.
