Following the meeting, he set a number of tasks for the ministries and responsible officials, including speeding up the process of launching the Register of Explosive Ordnance Contaminated Areas. Also, to develop an action plan to attract international funds directly for demining activities. We have already formed a large international mine action coalition of more than fifty states and raised $1.2 billion in demining assistance.

After the recruitment, the agent received detailed instructions from the supervisor on how to make an IED at home. She then purchased household chemicals, a battery, wires, and two phones for remote detonation.

The suspect brought the finished explosives to the scooter parking lot and hid the IED in its trunk.

Using a camera that was disguised at the site of the planned terrorist attack, Russian special services tracked the arrival of the military at the "location".

After committing the crime, the terrorist tried to "lay low" but was detained by law enforcement a few hours after the explosion.

During the search, unused explosive components and a phone with evidence of working for the enemy were seized from her.

SBU investigators have now served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Part 3 Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (terrorist act that resulted in the death of a person).

The offender is in custody. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The operation was conducted by the SBU Office in Kharkiv region jointly with the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
