The SBU investigators served him a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).
The offender is in custody. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
The operation was conducted by the SBU Office in Odesa region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Під час обшуку в помешканні затриманого вилучено мобільний телефон та комп’ютерну техніку із доказами злочинної діяльності.
Слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили йому про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану).
Зловмисник перебуває під вартою. Йому загрожує довічне ув’язнення з конфіскацією майна.
Комплексні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ в Одеській області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури.

🤷🏻♂️ Вже не раз було повідомлено про зачистку Крем'яного, але ворог досі там. В перші дні через брехню когось із піхоти, піди впритул розстріляли ББМ командира одного з батальйонів.
