The issue of rational use of budget funds by communities under temporary occupation was raised during a regular meeting of the regional working group "Transparency and Accountability".

The meeting was chaired by Dmytro Butriy, First Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military District Administration. The participants heard reports on the activities of the working groups at the Genichesk, Kakhovka and Skadovsk district military administrations for the first 8 months of this year.

During this period, four meetings were held in Genichesk district. They reviewed the expenditures of the communities of Nyzhniosirogoge, Novotroitsk, Genichesk and Ivanivka administrations.

Procurement in the district's communities was limited due to the temporary occupation. Funds were allocated to finance budgetary institutions, support the military and security, financial assistance to veterans and their families, and social protection of the elderly.

During the first eight months of this year, 13 meetings of the interagency working group were held to discuss the spending of budget funds by the military administrations of Kakhovka district. Most of the money was spent to support military personnel and their families, as well as to purchase the necessary equipment for the administrations.

During the reporting period, Skadovsk district held 10 meetings of the working group to analyze public procurement. In total, the communities made 140 procurements worth over UAH 1.4 million. The expenditures were used to purchase the necessary equipment and meet the needs of the Armed Forces.

Following the meeting of the regional working group, it was decided to continue overseeing the spending of taxpayer funds at the level of local and district authorities.

Протягом восьми місяців цього року відбулося 13 засідань міжвідомчої робочої групи, на яких обговорювалися витрати бюджетних коштів військовими адміністраціями Каховського району. Основні суми пішли на підтримку військовослужбовців та їхніх родин, а також на придбання необхідного обладнання для роботи адміністрацій.

За звітний період в Скадовському районі проведено 10 засідань робочої групи для аналізу публічних закупівель. Загалом громадами було здійснено 140 закупівель на суму понад 1,4 мільйони гривень. Витрати були спрямовані на придбання необхідної техніки та потреби ЗСУ.

За підсумками засідання обласної робочої групи вирішено продовжити нагляд за витратами коштів платників податків на рівні місцевих і районних органів влади.
