Також Ситник має тісні відносини ВіталіємШабуніним, котрому допомагав «косити» від військової служби – писав листи нібито «антикорупціонер» перебував у відрядженні в НАЗК. Причому згодом в агентстві відхрестилися від таких них. А ДБР порушило проти Шабуніна кримінальну справу.
До речі, після призначення Ситника до Агенції Шабунін різко став дуже позитивно висловлюватися про діяльність цієї установи.
