▪ pars. 2, 5 of Art. 27, ▪ Art. 3, 4 Art. 358 (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps, by prior conspiracy by a group of persons);
▪ Art. 190(2) (fraud committed repeatedly or by prior conspiracy).
In September 2023, the same official was exposed for taking a bribe for making the "right" decision in a property dispute.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

▪ чч. 2, 5 ст. 27, чч. 3, 4 ст. 358 (підроблення документів, печаток, штампів та бланків, збут чи використання підроблених документів, печаток, штампів, за попередньою змовою групою осіб);

Нагадаємо, що у вересні 2023 року цього ж посадовця викрили на хабарі, який він отримав за прийняття «правильного» рішення у майновому спорі.

These include continuing projects to deliver drinking water, hygiene and food packages, heating materials in winter, construction materials to rebuild civilian facilities damaged by Russia, and support for the region's healthcare sector.

Then he came to Moscow, where he met with his Russian handler and received agent assignments from him.
Later, the defendant communicated with the enemy through a "liaison". He turned out to be a staff member of one of the FSB's regional offices.
Before the full-scale invasion, the traitor covertly walked around the perimeter of the military airfield in Volyn and marked the equipment and facilities located there on an electronic map.
The agent sent the prepared "report" to the FSB through a pre-established communication channel on the banned social network Vkontakte.
Based on the SBU materials, the offender was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).
Taking into account his cooperation with the investigation, the court sentenced him to 12 years in prison.
The investigation was conducted by the SBU in Volyn region under the procedural supervision of the regional prosecutor's office.

These include continuing projects to deliver drinking water, hygiene and food packages, heating materials in winter, construction materials to rebuild civilian facilities damaged by Russia, and support for the region's healthcare sector.
Thus, further cooperation in these areas is ongoing.

Це – продовження проєктів з доставки питної води, гігієнічних й продуктових наборів, опалювальних матеріалів у зимовий період, будматеріалів для відновлення пошкоджених росією цивільних обʼєктів, а також підтримка медичної сфери області.

Each community reported on the state of the civil defense facilities. The results of operational inspections of these facilities were discussed.
During the meeting, it was noted that a significant part of the protective structures meet the established safety standards and are ready for use. However, a number of problems have been identified in some communities that require additional funding and technical support to bring the facilities to the proper condition.
Particular attention was paid to the issue of staffing of shelters, anti-radiation and simple shelters with everything necessary for safe and comfortable stay of the population. Emphasis was placed on continuously checking the availability of sanitary equipment, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and water in the shelters.
"Residents of the de-occupied settlements must be provided with round-the-clock access to protective structures. According to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they must be equipped with everything necessary for people to stay comfortably during air raids, shelling, etc.", said Olga Malyarchuk.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to continue the work on operational inspections of the objects of the civil defense fund. Each community received a specific task and deadlines.

Під час наради було відзначено, що значна частина захисних споруд відповідає встановленим нормам безпеки та готова до використання. Проте, виявлено низку проблем у деяких громадах, де потребується додаткове фінансування та технічне забезпечення для доведення об'єктів до належного стану.
Особлива увага була приділена питанню укомплектованості сховищ, протирадіаційних та найпростіших укриттів всім необхідним для безпечного та комфортного перебування населення. Було акцентовано на постійній перевірці забезпеченості сховищ санітарно-господарським майном, аптечками, вогнегасниками та водою.
"Мешканці деокупованих населених пунктів повинні бути забезпечені цілодобової доступності до захисних споруд. Згідно з наказом МВС, вони мають бути укомплектовані всім необхідним для комфортного перебування людей під час повітряних тривог, артобстрілів тощо", - зазначила Ольга Малярчук.
За результатами наради, вирішили продовжити роботу щодо оперативних обстежень об’єктів фонду захисних споруд цивільного захисту. Кожна громада отримала конкретне завдання та терміни виконання.

During the meeting, the parties discussed further implementation of joint programs aimed at restoring and supporting the liberated communities of Kherson region.
These include continuing projects to deliver drinking water, hygiene and food packages, heating materials in winter, construction materials to rebuild civilian facilities damaged by Russia, and support for the region's healthcare sector.
Thus, further cooperation in these areas is ongoing.

Під час зустрічі обговорили питання подальшої реалізації спільних програм, націлених на відновлення та підтримку звільнених громад Херсонщини.
Це – продовження проєктів з доставки питної води, гігієнічних й продуктових наборів, опалювальних матеріалів у зимовий період, будматеріалів для відновлення пошкоджених росією цивільних обʼєктів, а також підтримка медичної сфери області.
Тож подальша співпраця за окресленими напрямками – триває.

Вранці у суботу, 13 липня, маму разом із маленькою донькою на автомобілі мобільної бригади швидкої допомоги доправили до лікарні міста Одеса, де Поліну, яка на той момент вже перебувала у стані коми, помістили до реанімації.
