SBU cyber specialists established that the enemy remotely controlled this webcam to covertly record the surrounding area, including critical infrastructure facilities.

According to the available information, the aggressor used these cameras to collect data to prepare and adjust strikes on Kyiv.

Based on all the facts revealed, comprehensive measures are being taken to neutralize new attempts by the enemy to conduct reconnaissance and subversive activities through online cameras.

In general, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, SBU cyber specialists have blocked the operation of about 10 thousand IP cameras that the enemy could use to adjust missile attacks on Ukraine.

The SBU calls on the owners of street webcams to stop online broadcasts from their devices, and on citizens to report any streams from such cameras to the SBU's official chatbot: t.me/stoprussianwarbot.

Інший пристрій зовнішнього спостереження заблоковано в одному з житлових комплексів Києва. Мешканці використовували його для нагляду за прибудинковим паркінгом.

Кіберфахівці СБУ встановили, що цією вебкамерою ворог віддалено керував для прихованої фіксації прилеглої території, у тому числі об’єктів критичної інфраструктури.

За наявною інформацією, за допомогою цих камер агресор збирав дані для підготовки і коригування ударів по Києву.

За всіма викрити фактами тривають комплексні заходи для нейтралізації нових спроб ворога вести розвідувально-підривну діяльність через онлайн-камери.

Загалом з початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф кіберфахівці СБУ заблокували роботу близько 10 тис. ІР-камер, які ворог міг використати для коригування ракетних обстрілів по Україні.

According to the current legislation, in order to receive housing and utility benefits, a person entitled to them had to personally apply to the authorized bodies. Because of this, sometimes Ukrainian defenders were unable to apply for such benefits. The amendments adopted by the government will allow veterans and their families to take advantage of the social guarantees provided by the state.

⚠️ Новий Порядок взяття на облік та призначення пільг на оплату житлово-комунальних послуг запрацює через 4 місяці після технічних доопрацювань інформаційних систем.

Відповідно до чинного законодавства, для призначення пільг на житлово-комунальні послуги, людина, що має право на них, мала особисто звернутися до уповноважених органів. Через це, іноді українські захисники не могли оформити такі пільги. Прийняті урядом зміни дозволять ветеранам та їхнім сім'ям скористатися соціальними гарантіями, передбаченими державою.

Їх ушпиталили, повідомив керівник ОВА Олег Синєгубов.

За його даними, у лікарнях - 17 людей, 4 з них - у тяжкому стані. На 10:00 відомо про 41 пораненого та одного загиблого.

В місті сталося 3 пожежі на загальній площі 50 кв.м та чисельні руйнування цивільної інфраструктури.
