During these "raids," the Nazis kidnapped and killed people and looted private homes.

At the same time, a military official used firearms against civilians with his own hands.

It has been established that on March 3, 2022, on a street in Havronshchyna village, Dygot stopped an unarmed 70-year-old citizen and hit him in the face with the butt of a rifle.

After the victim fell, the racist shot the man in the back.

The forensic examination initiated by the SBU confirmed that the cause of the local resident's death was numerous gunshot wounds and blood loss.

Based on the collected evidence, the court found Dyogtya guilty under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war) and sentenced him to life imprisonment in absentia.

Currently, complex measures are being taken to establish the whereabouts of the convicted person to punish him for crimes against the citizens of our country.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region under the supervision of the Kyiv-Svyatoshynskyi District and Kyiv Region Prosecutor's Offices.

Ініційована СБУ судово-медична експертиза підтвердила, що причиною загибелі місцевого жителя стали численні вогнепальні поранення і втрата крові.

На підставі зібраних доказів суд визнав Дьогтя винним за ч. 2 ст. 438 Кримінального кодексу України (порушення законів та звичаїв війни) і призначив йому довічне позбавлення волі заочно.

Наразі тривають комплексні заходи для встановлення місця перебування засудженого для його покарання за злочини проти громадян нашої держави.

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в м. Києві та Київській області за процесуального керівництва Києво-Святошинської окружної та Київської обласної прокуратур.

☑️ The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine informs that the operation to rescue our citizens from the Gaza Strip has been successfully completed.

The evacuation mission, carried out by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on behalf of the President of Ukraine, was carried out in several stages.

As a result, 315 people were evacuated from the danger zone: 304 Ukrainians, 2 Palestinians, 9 Moldovans.

✔️ Among those rescued from the Gaza Strip are two people with injuries, a cancer patient, a pregnant woman, and two citizens who coordinated Ukrainian military scouts directly in the conflict zone.
