We are also increasing the number of mobile concrete shelters to protect our people from attacks by Russian terrorists.

Також збільшуємо кількість мобільних бетонних укриттів, аби захистити наших людей від атак російських терористів. 

Ще одне важливе рішення – заборона на проведення заходів у святкові дні та масового скупчення людей. Сподіваюсь, нікому не потрібно пояснювати небезпеку проведення таких заходів у прифронтовій області.

Крім того, Постановою встановлено єдиний підхід у проєктних рішеннях щодо будівництва, адже досі фортифікаційні споруди зводилися несистемно. Новий підхід забезпечить створення потужної мережі фортифікацій за єдиною стратегією. Для всіх об'єктів застосовуватимуться одні й ті ж:
• технічні специфікації
• архітектурні та інженерні рішення
• безпекові вимоги

Генеральний штаб ЗСУ ухвалюватиме рішення про кількість та місця будівництва об’єктів з урахуванням пропозицій військового командування на місцях. Це забезпечить врахування особливостей ситуації на всіх ключових напрямках фронту.
