Priority repairs were carried out at 15 addresses in residential buildings and social facilities, where 158 windows were covered with OSB sheets.

In total, sappers surveyed 155,587.8 hectares of territory in the de-occupied Kherson region, including 131,885.3 hectares of agricultural land. More than 135.5 thousand explosive devices were found and neutralized on these territories.

20 residents, including 4 children, were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of Kherson region.

⏺ Humanitarian aid continues to be distributed to the residents of Kherson region. Yesterday, residents of the liberated territories received 1,400 food packages, 10,408 loaves of bread, 250 hot meals, 8,500 cans of canned food and 2,535 kg of sugar from international NGOs, philanthropists and volunteers. Also, 43.2 tons of fuel briquettes and 53 stoves were delivered to the people.

⏺Для відновлення світла на Херсонщині працює 10 бригад – це 57 робітників та 12 одиниць техніки. Минулої доби енергетики виконували аварійно-відновлювальні роботи на лініях, що живлять Іванівку, Архангельське, Велику Олександрівку, Давидів Брід, Нововоскресенівку,  Нововоронцовку, Кар’єрне,  Першотравневе, Нову Дмитрівку,  Херсон, Білозерку, Станіслав, Комишани, Широку Балку.

⏺Над відновленням понівечених російськими ударами будівель у Херсоні працювали 35 робітників Херсонської обласної комунальної аварійно-рятувальної служби та ДСНС. Першочергові ремонтні роботи проведено за 15 адресами у житлових будинках та соціальних об'єктах, де OSB-листами закрили 158 вікон.

⏺Загалом на деокупованій Херсонщині сапери обстежили 155 587, 8 гектар територій, з них 131 885,3 гектар – землі сільськогосподарського призначення. На цих територіях виявлено та знешкоджено понад  135,5  тис. вибухонебезпечних предметів.

⏺З деокупованих територій Херсонщини евакуювали 20 жителів, з них - 4 дитини.

⏺Триває видача гуманітарної допомоги жителям Херсонщини. Учора мешканці звільнених територій від міжнародних громадських організацій, благодійників та волонтерів отримали 1400 продуктових наборів, 10 408 буханок хліба, 250 порцій гарячих обідів, 8500 банок консервів  та 2535 кг цукру. Також людям передали 43,2 тонн паливних брикетів та 53 буржуйки.

🗣A meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the State Employment Center was held under the chairmanship of Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

The event was aimed at agreeing on the provisions of the draft government resolution on the continuation of payments to vulnerable categories of internally displaced persons. This project was developed at the initiative of the Vice Prime Minister to support the most vulnerable categories of IDPs who were awarded state aid for accommodation until August 1, 2023.

☝️Питання is very relevant and urgent, as the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 709 of July 11, 2023, provides for the termination of payments to some IDPs from February 1, 2024.

👥In particular, the meeting considered proposals to automatically extend payments to IDPs for another 6 months:
- persons who have lost their ability to work or pensioners with low pensions;
- persons with disabilities or persons caring for a child with a disability;
- orphans and children deprived of parental care.

Proposals to continue the payment of assistance to certain particularly vulnerable categories of IDPs after submitting a new application were also discussed.

💬"We have to support IDPs. But the issue of extending payments to IDPs must be approached carefully. To focus state aid on those who need it most," Iryna Vereshchuk emphasized.

🗣Під головуванням Віцепрем’єр-міністра Ірини Верещук відбулася нарада за участю представників Мінреінтеграції, Мінсоцполітики, Мінфіну, Мінінфраструктури та Держцентру зайнятості.

Захід мав на меті узгодити положення проєкту урядової постанови щодо продовження виплат вразливим категоріям осіб з-поміж внутрішніх переселенців. Цей проєкт був розроблений за ініціативи Віцепрем’єрки для підтримки найбільш незахищених категорій ВПО, яким була призначена державна допомога на проживання до 1 серпня 2023 року.

☝️Питання є дуже актуальним та гострим, оскільки постановою КМУ від 11 липня 2023 року № 709 передбачено припинення виплат частині ВПО з 1 лютого 2024 року.

👥Зокрема, під час наради були розглянуті пропозиції щодо автоматичного продовження виплат ВПО ще на 6 місяців:
• особам, які втратили працездатність, або пенсіонерам із низьким рівнем пенсії;
• особам з інвалідністю або особам, які доглядають за дитиною з інвалідністю;
• дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування.

💸Також обговорювалися пропозиції щодо продовження виплат допомоги певним особливо вразливим категоріям внутрішніх переселенців після подачі нової заяви.

💬«Ми маємо підтримувати внутрішніх переселенців. Але до питання продовження виплат ВПО треба підійти виважено. Щоб сфокусувати державну допомогу саме на тих, хто найбільше її потребує», – підкреслила Ірина Верещук.

The meeting participants summarized the results of this year's work. Among the achievements, a team has been formed in each region to implement projects to support psychological health.

On the occasion of the Mental Health Day, educational events were held in all regions, with more than 30,000 people attending. We also conducted a large-scale survey of service providers and recipients, which reached 114 thousand respondents.

Regional coordinators and deputy heads of DMAs underwent a series of professional trainings, including on how to interact with people with combat experience and their families.

"You and your teams are the people who bring help closer to everyone. Mental health services are already becoming more accessible. They can be obtained from someone whom Ukrainians trust with the health of their whole family - a family doctor. Family doctors who have been trained by mhGAP can help their patients with sleep disorders, appetite, and depression. And, if necessary, they can refer them to a specialized specialist," Olena Zelenska noted.

During the event, the goals for the next year were also set. These include the development of regional mental health programs and ensuring coverage of services in all sectors.

“Ви, ваші команди – саме ті люди, які наближають допомогу до кожного. Послуга з ментального здоров'я вже стає доступнішою. Її можна отримати у того, кому українці довіряють здоров'я цілої родини, – у сімейного лікаря. Сімейні лікарі, які пройшли навчання mhGAP, можуть допомагати своїм пацієнтам, які мають порушення сну, апетиту, депресію. А в разі необхідності – скерувати до профільного фахівця”, – зазначила Олена Зеленська.

Під час заходу визначили й цілі на наступний рік. Це – розробка обласних програм ментального здоров’я, забезпечення покриття послугами в усіх секторах.
