❗️Рустем Умєров затвердив Концепцію військової кадрової політики Міноборони до 2028 року

Міністр оборони Рустем Умєров підписав Наказ про затвердження Концепції військової кадрової політики до 2028 року.

Документ визначає стратегічне бачення розвитку військової кадрової політики у сфері оборони впродовж наступних п’яти років - як під час дії воєнного стану, так і у мирний час.

Головний акцент концепції — гарантоване задоволення потреб ЗСУ в людях під час повномасштабної війни, інтеграція в євроатлантичний безпековий простір, взаємосумісність ЗСУ зі збройними силами держав-членів НАТО.

Очікувані результати:

▪️За умов мирного часу ЗСУ перейдуть на військову службу за контрактом. Строкову військову службу замінять інтенсивною військовою підготовкою громадян призовного віку;

▪️в Україні функціонуватиме дієва система рекрутингу ЗСУ професійним і вмотивованим особовим складом;

▪️людиноцентричний підхід до управління кар’єрою військовослужбовців з урахуванням їхньої освіти, професійного розвитку, гендерної рівності. Рівні можливості чоловіків і жінок в ЗСУ;

▪️удосконалена електронна система військового обліку;

▪️автоматизовані та цифровізовані процеси управління персоналом;

▪️розширена співпраця між українськими вищими навчальними закладами та вишами держав-членів НАТО і ЄС;

▪️ефективна та прозора система грошового забезпечення військовослужбовців та забезпечення їх житлом;

▪️вдосконалене психологічне забезпечення;

▪️нова культура взаємовідносин між командирами та підлеглими;

▪️належні умови для переходу від військової кар’єри до цивільного життя військовослужбовців, які підлягають звільненню з військової служби.

Моніторинг та оцінку результатів впровадження концепції здійснюватиме Комітет з питань кадрового менеджменту в системі Міністерства оборони України.

На Вінниччині викрили російського агента, який готував повітряні удари по об’єктах Укрзалізниці

57-річний чоловік, мешканець Хмільницького району, займався підготовкою серії повітряних атак рф на об’єкти транспортної та енергетичної інфраструктури у Вінницькій області й намагався визначити розташування ключових електропідстанцій регіону та отримати інформацію про їхній технічний стан.

Для цього він розвідував локації вузлових залізничних станцій, які можливо використовувалися для перевезення важкого озброєння та боєприпасів ЗСУ у напрямку передової.

Фігурант зізнався, що окупанти планували удари по критичній інфраструктурі регіону із використанням ракетного озброєння та дронів-камікадзе.

Після виконаного завдання зловмиснику мали заплатити 100 тис. рублів і він сподівався на те, що фсб «евакуює» його на територію рф.

Зловмиснику загрожує довічне ув’язнення.

Later, he communicated with potential buyers and convinced them to send an advance payment to controlled accounts. After receiving the money, the offender would "disappear".

The offender involved two other accomplices in the illegal activity. They opened accounts in banking institutions to receive the victims' money. The profits from the "business" were distributed among themselves and spent on their own needs.

Заробляли на «продажі» автомобілів для ЗСУ: кіберполіцейські Полтавщини припинили діяльність злочинної групи

Фігуранти ошукали кілька десятків громадян під приводом продажу неіснуючих автомобілів для потреб ЗСУ на понад мільйон гривень. Правоохоронці затримали двох фігурантів.

Організував шахрайську схему 30-річний мешканець Полтавщини. Чоловік розміщував оголошення про продаж автомобілів для потреб ЗСУ на популярному торгівельному майданчику. Надалі він спілкувався із потенційними покупцями та переконував надіслати передплату на підконтрольні рахунки. Після отримання грошей фігурант «зникав».

До протиправної діяльності зловмисник залучив ще двох спільників. Вони оформлювали рахунки у банківських установах для отримання грошей потерпілих. Прибуток від «бізнесу» фігуранти розподіляли між собою і витрачали на власні потреби.
