At its meeting on November 21, the Cabinet of Ministers amended a number of government resolutions on IDP registration and state aid payments.

- IDPs who have been living abroad for some time can apply for payments 15 working days after returning to Ukraine. This applies to those who apply for payments for the first time.

- In the event of repeated displacement as a result of mandatory evacuation after August 1, 2023, persons who have previously received payments will be able to receive assistance for another 6 months. But only if they are included in the evacuation lists approved by the regional military administrations. And in case of evacuation with the help of volunteers or on their own, they must notify the DMA.

- IDPs will receive payments for 3 months after the end of hostilities (possible hostilities) or temporary occupation in the settlements from which they moved. Previously, payments were suspended the following month.

- An unemployed person of working age, in the absence of valid reasons, must facilitate his or her employment within 3 months from the date of the IDP payment. In particular, through employment, registration as an individual entrepreneur, applying for a business grant/study voucher, etc. Or to obtain the status of unemployed by registering at the employment center.

The Resolution also regulates the issuance of an IDP registration certificate.

It should be noted that these regulatory changes were developed based on the results of the work of the Coordination Center for IDPs.

Зокрема:
– Переселенці, які деякий час проживали за кордоном, можуть звертатися за призначенням виплат через 15 робочих днів після повернення в Україну. Це стосується тих, хто оформлює виплати вперше.

– У разі повторного переміщення в результаті обов’язкової евакуації після 1 серпня 2023 року особи, які раніше отримували виплати, зможуть отримувати допомогу протягом ще 6 місяців. Але за умови їх включення до списків евакуйованих, які затверджуються обласними військовими адміністраціями. А у разі евакуації за допомогою волонтерів чи самостійно необхідно повідомити ОВА.

– ВПО отримуватимуть виплати 3 місяці після дати завершення бойових дій (можливих бойових дій) або тимчасової окупації у населених пунктах, із яких вони перемістилися. Раніше виплати припинялися на наступний місяць.

– Непрацююча особа працездатного віку за відсутності поважних причин упродовж 3 місяців із дня призначення виплат ВПО повинна посприяти своїй зайнятості. Зокрема, шляхом працевлаштування, реєстрації як фізичної особи – підприємця, подання заяви для отримання гранту на бізнес / ваучера на навчання тощо. Або набути статусу безробітного, зареєструвавшись у центрі зайнятості.

Також Постанова врегульовує питання оформлення довідки про взяття на облік ВПО.

Зазначимо, що ці нормативні зміни були розроблені за результатами роботи Координаційного штабу з питань ВПО.

35 crews are working to restore electricity in Kherson region, including 187 workers and 62 units of equipment. Yesterday, power engineers carried out emergency repair works on the lines supplying Vysokopillia, Velyka Oleksandrivka, Kherson, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav and Chornobaivka.

⏺ 35 employees of the Kherson Regional Municipal Emergency and Rescue Service and the State Emergency Service worked to restore buildings damaged by Russian strikes in Kherson. Priority repairs were carried out at 9 addresses in residential buildings, where 67 windows were covered with OSB sheets.

In total, sappers surveyed 143,039.3 hectares of territory in the de-occupied Kherson region, including 120,008.9 hectares of agricultural land. Over 128 thousand explosive devices were found and neutralized in these areas.

⏺26 residents, including 4 children, were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of Kherson region, 8 people left by train and 18 by car.

⏺Humanitarian aid is being distributed to residents of Kherson region. Yesterday, residents of the liberated territories received 890 food packages, 2,000 loaves of bread, 250 hot meals and 12,562 liters of drinking water from international NGOs, philanthropists and volunteers. People also received 220 bags of cement and 248 bags of animal feed.

⏺Триває видача гуманітарної допомоги жителям Херсонщини. Учора мешканці звільнених територій від міжнародних громадських організацій, благодійників та волонтерів отримали 890 продуктових наборів, 2000 буханок хліба, 250 порцій гарячих обідів та 12 562 літри питної води. Також людям передали 220 мішків цементу та 248 мішків корму для тварин.
