На підставі зібраних доказів посадовцю повідомлено про підозру за ч. 4 ст. 368 Кримінального кодексу України (прийняття пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою, яка займає особливо відповідальне становище).
Вирішується питання щодо обрання міри запобіжного заходу ˗ тримання під вартою. Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину. Зловмиснику загрожує до 12 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Комплексні заходи з викриття корупції проводили за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора та сприяння Київської обласної прокуратури.

Речь идет о сумме в 29 млрд. грн. в 2024 году. По словам Черненко, если эти деньги попадут в общий котел государственного бюджета, военные их не увидят.
«Куда пойдут деньги военных, которые заберут у громад, не знает никто. Но, думаю, все догадываются. И это точно не «передок». А, скорее, хорошо упитанный печерский тыл» - отметил Черненко.

❗️ Минулої ночі, близько 00:15 ворог завдав ракетного удару (попередньо, ЗРК С-300) по смт Печеніги Чугуївського району, зафіксовані влучання на території дачного селища. Пошкоджено 2 будинки, сталися пожежі.
❗️Близько 3:00 ворог обстріляв с. Гороховатка Ізюмського району. Сталася лісова пожежа на площі 500 м кв.
