During 9 months of 2023, the State Customs Service and the Ministry of Defense checked more than 9 thousand facts of humanitarian aid transportation to 200 military units. At the same time, in more than 3 thousand cases, the receipt of aid for the military was not confirmed.

It is noted that in order to stop the detected violations of customs legislation and bring the perpetrators to administrative or criminal liability, customs officers sent 387 reports of an illegal act containing signs of a crime under Articles 190, 358, 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and 320 reports on violation of customs rules where the subject of the offense is humanitarian aid.

During one of his speeches in June of this year, Mikheev called on the command of the Russian occupation groups to carry out a series of massive missile, artillery and air strikes on Sumy.

In this way, the Russian propagandist agitated to turn the Ukrainian city into a so-called "dead zone" in which "there should be no living people left at all."

In addition to the enemy attacks on Sumy, Mikheev "suggested" continuing regular air strikes on settlements along the Ukrainian border until they were completely destroyed, and justified and supported the seizure of Ukrainian territories.

The SBU-initiated linguistic and linguistic examination confirmed the facts of the Russian propagandist's criminal activity.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served Mikheyev a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine).

Since the suspect is hiding from justice in Russia, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring him to justice for crimes against our country.

The issue of putting him on the international wanted list is currently being decided. He faces up to 10 years in prison.

Thanks to her album of photos from 2014, InformNapalm volunteers managed to prove that the Russian army had been using 1L259 Zoo-1 systems in the occupied territories of Donetsk region since 2014, which at the time was quite a resonant proof of the Russian army's direct participation in the aggressive war against Ukraine and was included in the list of evidence provided to the ECHR.

Цікаво, що у 2019 році ця російська пропагандистка потрапила у факап, завдяки її альбому з фото 2014 року волонтерам InformNapalm вдалося довести, що  російська армія використовувала з 2014 року на окупованих територіях Донецької області комплекси 1Л259 «Зоопарк-1», що на той час було доволі резонансним доказом прямої участі російської армії у агресивній війні проти України і потрапило в перелік доказів, наданих для ЄСПЛ.
