In addition, he disseminated his own "insights" about the alleged "plans" of several European countries to "annex" territory in western Ukraine.

He also repeatedly participated in "teleconferences" with Russian propagandists who prepared staged stories for TV channels in the temporarily occupied Crimea and talk shows of the aggressor country.

The SBU-initiated examination confirmed the facts of the criminal actions of the defendant.

Based on the collected evidence, Maksym Goldarb was served a notice of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 6 Art. 111-1 (collaboration);
▪️ chs. 2, 3, Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

Since the defendant is a fugitive from justice, comprehensive measures are being taken to establish his whereabouts and bring him to justice for crimes against our country.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

All of them were captured by Ukrainian defenders during fierce battles in the areas of Bakhmut and Avdiivka in August-October this year.

Among the detainees are mechanics-drivers of Russian infantry fighting vehicles and militants who fired at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' forward units using cannons, anti-tank weapons and large-caliber machine guns.

According to the SBU, the enemy accomplices were six residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Most of them had voluntarily joined the ranks of the "L/DNR" terrorist organizations before the outbreak of a full-scale war. There, they took part in hostilities against the forces of the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.

And after February 24, 2022, the militants joined the occupation units of the 1st and 2nd Army Corps of the Southern Military District of the aggressor country.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the suspects notices of suspicion under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️чч. 1, 2 Art. 111 (high treason committed under martial law);
▪️ part 7 of Article 111-1 (collaboration);
▪️ part 1, Article 258-3 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization);
▪️ part 2 of Art. 260 (participation in the activities of armed groups not provided for by law).

They are currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing. The perpetrators face life imprisonment.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of the Donetsk Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office in the Eastern Region, Poltava and Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Offices.

А вже після 24 лютого 2022 року бойовики увійшли до складу окупаційних підрозділів 1-го та 2-го армійських корпусів Південного військового округу країни-агресора.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили фігурантам про підозру за такими статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
▪️чч. 1, 2 ст. 111 (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану);
▪️ ч. 7 ст. 111-1 (колабораційна діяльність);
▪️ ч. 1 ст. 258-3 (участь у терористичній групі чи терористичній організації);
▪️ ч. 2 ст. 260 (участь у діяльності непередбачених законом збройних формувань).

Наразі вони перебувають під вартою. Триває розслідування. Зловмисникам загрожує довічне ув’язнення.

Most of all, the enemy was interested in information about possible fire damage to local plants of the Ukrainian defense industry.

The Russian agent sent messages with the coordinates of infrastructure facilities in the Kharkiv region and other information he received to his FSB "curator" via messenger.

To disguise the "sessions" of communication with the aggressor, the suspect used SIM cards of Russian mobile operators to register anonymous accounts.

For the completed tasks, he received a "monetary reward" from the occupiers, which was transferred to his crypto wallet.

It was established that the invaders needed the intelligence to prepare new and adjust repeated missile and drone strikes on the border region of our country.

According to the investigation, the enemy accomplice was an employee of a local pharmaceutical company who was recruited by the Russian special service in March this year.

He came to the attention of the FSB as an active user of pro-Kremlin Telegram channels, where he repeatedly published his own anti-Ukrainian posts.

During the search, the detainee's cell phones were found, which he used to communicate with the aggressor.

Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators served him a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The offender is currently in custody. He faces life imprisonment.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
