The perpetrator mocked people and threatened to kill them. There are documented facts when he shot the legs of abducted residents of the region or fired next to the victims' heads, imitating a shooting.

The SBU and the Armed Forces of Ukraine detained the militant as a result of a special operation in the temporarily occupied part of the region. Thus, the offender was brought to the government-controlled territory of Ukraine to be brought to justice.

Based on the materials of the Ukrainian special service, the court sentenced him to 12 years in prison. Given that the offender had previously been convicted of high treason, the court sentenced him to 15 years in prison for the aggregate of his crimes.

According to the investigation, the convict is a former resident of the occupied Zhdanivka in Donetsk region who voluntarily joined the terrorists in eastern Ukraine in 2014.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, he was "seconded" to the 3rd rifle platoon of the 1st company of the 5th battalion of the 109th regiment of the Southern military district of the aggressor country.

Together with the Russian invaders, he fought against the Defense Forces and participated in the capture of the left-bank Kherson region.

The militant also mocked civilians in the region, including trying to "beat" them into "confessions" of involvement in the resistance movement.

Based on the evidence collected, the court found the offender guilty under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The investigation was conducted by SBU investigators in Dnipro region under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

На початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф його «відрядили» до складу 3-го стрілецького взводу 1-ї роти 5-го батальйону 109-го полку Південного військового округу країни-агресора.

Разом з російськими окупантами він воював проти Сил оборони і брав участь у захопленні лівобережної Херсонщини.

Також бойовик знущався над мирними жителями регіону, в тому числі намагався «вибити» з них «зізнання» у причетності до руху опору.

SBU officers identified the corrector, tracked her down and detained her in her home.

According to the investigation, the Russian agent was a local resident who started working for the enemy on her own initiative in June this year.

The suspect "reached" the administrator of one of the social networks and offered him her assistance in the war against Ukraine. Further communication was carried out using an anonymous chat in a messenger.

During the search of the detainee's place of residence, the SBU found a cell phone that she used to correspond with the aggressor.

Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators served her a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason, scientist under martial law).

She is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The offender faces life imprisonment.

The operation was conducted by the SBU Office in Kherson region under the procedural supervision of the Kherson Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Southern Region.

Фігурантка «вийшла» на адміністратора однієї з соцмереж і запропонувала йому свою допомогу у війні проти України. Подальшу комунікацію здійснювали з використанням анонімного чату у месенджері.

Під час обшуку за місцем проживання затриманої виявлено мобільний телефон, який вона використовувала для листування з агресором.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили їй про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчена в умовах воєнного стану).

Serhiy Nemchenko is survived by his parents and brother.

Разом із татом любили рибалити. На батьківському подвір’ї Сергій планував збудувати альтанку: привіз будматеріали, розробив план. Але втілити задум не встиг.
«Мені дуже важко згадувати і переживати це все. 27 лютого Сергій приїхав з Чернігова додому. А наступного дня його вбили… Я знайшов сина 1 березня, поховав у саду. Після звільнення Чернігівщини вже було перепоховання на кладовищі… Мій син був працьовитий гарний хлопець, але пожити не встиг», – розповів Юрій, батько вбитого.
У Сергія Немченка залишилися батьки і брат.
На місці розстрілу чоловіків місцеві жителі встановили пам’ятний камінь.
