"Harmonica and horses were my father's love. In recent years, he lived with his mother, kept a farm there, and worked. My grandmother died on February 14, and he died two weeks after her," Tetiana said.
Oleksandr Derkach is survived by his daughter and grandchildren.

Щоби забрати тіло, жінка взяла господарські сани і пішла до центру села. Там знайома допомогла покласти вбитого на сани. І так вони разом з іншими довезли його до кладовища, де швидко поховали.
Тетяна припускає, що її тата добивали.
Олександр Деркач народився і більшу частину життя провів у рідному селі. Служив строкову службу, потім повернувся додому і працював на фермі. Дуже любив коней. Вдома тримав трьох: свого і двох фермерських.
«Гармошка і коні – це була татова любов. Останні роки він жив зі своєю матір’ю, там тримав господарство, працював. Бабуся померла 14 лютого, а він – через два тижні після неї», – сказала Тетяна.
В Олександра Деркача залишилися донька й онуки.

The Verkhovna Rada has adopted a law expanding the forms of compensation for damage to real estate as a result of hostilities.
A total of 310 people's deputies voted in favor of the adoption of the relevant draft law No. 10063.
The document amends the framework law "On Compensation for Damage and Destruction of Certain Categories of Real Estate as a Result of Hostilities, Terrorist Acts, Sabotage Caused by the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of Hostilities, Terrorist Acts, Sabotage Caused by the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine" adopted in February 2023.
🔨Changes are also being made to the eVosstanovlenie program. In particular, the procedure for paying compensation to citizens whose housing was damaged or destroyed due to Russian aggression is being improved.
Among the innovations is the payment of financial compensation for housing repairs made by citizens at their own expense.
As of the end of September 2023, payments for almost 16 thousand families to repair their homes have been approved under the eRestoration program. The program was launched on May 10. Every citizen whose home was damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation can apply for state aid for routine housing repairs. This can be done through the Diia portal or by contacting administrative service centers, social security authorities or notaries.

Верховна Рада ухвалила закон про розширення форм надання компенсації за пошкодження об’єктів нерухомого майна внаслідок бойових дій.
За ухвалення відповідного законопроєкту №10063 в цілому проголосували 310 народних депутатів.
Документ вносить зміни до ухваленого в лютому 2023 року рамкового закону “Про компенсацію за пошкодження та знищення окремих категорій об’єктів нерухомого майна внаслідок бойових дій, терористичних актів, диверсій, спричинених збройною агресією РФ проти України, та Державний реєстр майна, пошкодженого та знищеного внаслідок бойових дій, терористичних актів, диверсій, спричинених збройною агресією РФ проти України”.
🔨Також зміни вносяться до програми єВідновлення. Зокрема, вдосконалюється порядок виплати компенсацій громадянам, чиє житло пошкоджене або зруйноване через російську агресію.
💰Поміж нововведень — виплата грошової компенсації за ремонт житла, зроблений громадянами за власний кошт.
Станом на кінець вересня 2023 року за програмою "єВідновлення" погоджено виплати для майже 16 тис. родин на ремонти їхніх осель. Програма стартувала 10 травня. Кожен громадянин, чиє житло було пошкоджене внаслідок збройної агресії РФ, може подати заяву для отримання державної допомоги на поточний ремонт житла. Зробити це можна через портал “Дія” або звернувшись до центрів надання адміністративних послуг, органів соціального захисту чи нотаріусів.

✍️ У день трагедії мама дівчинки, Марія, була на подвір’ї будинку. Як летить ракета, вона навіть не почула. Але відчула вибух сповна. Коли оговталася, стала шукати Сашу.

What will change?
✔️Меморандум sets traffic limits: within the city limits, scooters must move at a speed of up to 20 kilometers per hour, in parks and pedestrian areas - up to 15 kilometers per hour. Previously, the speed could be up to 25 kilometers per hour.
✔️Вік of e-scooter users are over 14 years old.
✔️Всі scooters must be equipped with a white light on the front, a red light on the back and a stop signal, as well as reflective elements on the body.
✔️Кожен scooters will have an identification number and, if recommended, a speedometer.
✔️Оператори must disinfect the handlebars daily and check the technical condition of the scooters.
✔️Крім addition, operators were recommended to provide health insurance for users in the amount of UAH 100,000 or more.
✔️Затвердили 79 parking spaces for electric scooters, which can be viewed on the map. At the same time, users are allowed to park on the roadside.

🛴У Львові затвердили правила для користування електросамокатами. Відповідний меморандум про співпрацю з операторами прокату затвердив виконавчий комітет Львівської міської ради, пише Zaxid.net.
