The following year, she defrauded two more men using the same scheme. This time, she asked one of them for 150 thousand hryvnias for her "services" and the other for 340 thousand. The accused did not solve the problems, and assured her "clients" that she was "working on the issue".

After the start of the full-scale war, the woman decided to expand the range of her "services". So she promised her friend to remove her son-in-law from the military register for three to four thousand dollars. However, the caring mother-in-law had to pay much more for the "payoff from the army" - UAH 361 thousand.

Interestingly, the fraudster had nothing to do with the Pension Fund or the Territorial Recruitment Center, so the "clients" were left with nothing. Now she faces up to five years in prison.

Харківщина та Миколаївщина долучаються до участі в проєкті Агентства США з міжнародного розвитку USAID "Підвищення ефективності роботи і підзвітності органів місцевого самоврядування "ГОВЕРЛА".

Сьогодні за участі Віце-прем’єр-міністра з відновлення – міністра розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури України Олександра Кубракова, Посла України в США Бріджит Брінк та начальника Маколаївської ОВА Віталія Кіма підписали відповідний меморандум з USAID.

До проєкту, який уже успішно реалізується в низці областей України, будуть залучені 11 громад Харківської області.

Ця програма розрахована до 2027 року та передбачає підтримку органів місцевого самоврядування у впровадження реформи децентралізації як на загальнодержавному, так і на регіональному рівнях.

Зокрема, передбачено надання допомоги ОМС у питаннях організації виплат компенсацій за пошкоджене та знищене майно, проведення навчання з представниками ОМС, сприяння здійсненню громадського контролю в громадах, покращенню системи адміністрування місцевих податків, формуванню місцевих громадських ініціатив тощо.

Кроме того, что это недостоверное декларирование – за что его должна была бы наказать НАЗК, но не сделала этого, надуманно ссылаясь на военное положение – это еще и обман в декларации добропорядочности, которую подает каждый судья.

Такие случаи рассматривает ВККС, поскольку неправдивая информация в этой декларации может привести к представлению на увольнение судьи с должности. Это прямо предусмотрено законом о судопроизводстве и статусе судей.

Если НАЗК отказалось проверять имущественную декларацию и возможное незаконное обогащение судьи из-за возможного давления из Офиса Президента, то недавно назначенная ВККС – орган более независимый. Дело Босого станет для них “лакмусовой бумагой”: сможет ли комиссия объективно оценить все нарушения и принять взвешенное решение – либо же – как и НАЗК – побоится чего “знакомств” с Татаровым и Смирновым и спустит дело фигуранта “пленок Вовка” “на тормозах”.

Удар відбувся у суботу ввечері, 7 жовтня. Окупанти писали, що начебто ракета С-200 прилетіла по Джанкою.

Там була розташована таємна база, де жили та тренувалися окупанти.
