On October 5, at about 13:25, the Russian military attacked the village of Groza in the Kupyansk district. A rocket hit a shop-cafe.
According to Kharkiv police chief Volodymyr Tymoshko, 330 people lived in the village as of this morning. The Russians fired an Iskander M missile. Within minutes, police, rescuers, and medics arrived at the scene.
"There were about 60 villagers in the shop-cafe who were commemorating their fellow villager. People from almost every house came to the wake. This is not just grief. The official demanded USD 10 thousand from a local resident, whose son is a person involved in an investigation into fraud and forgery of documents, seals and stamps.

In exchange for this bribe, the prosecutor "guaranteed" to change the qualification of the crime to a less serious one.

Subsequently, the official promised to "close" the relevant criminal proceedings, in which he was the procedural supervisor.

Law enforcement officers detained the prosecutor red-handed while he was transferring the entire amount of the bribe.

The issue of serving him a notice of suspicion under Part 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit by an official) and choosing a measure of restraint is now being decided.

The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The offender faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
