She spent a lot of time with them, inventing various games, and that's how she realized her calling. She entered the Mykhailo Drahomanov National Pedagogical University and received a degree in elementary school teaching and psychology. In 2005, together with a friend, she opened a children's preparatory school called Znaichka, where children aged 2 to 6 were taught.
"She literally lived with children and devoted all her free time to teaching and developing the school. There are few such people in the world. Alla was very sincere, open, always came to the rescue and had unquestionable authority among her family, friends and acquaintances," said Oksana, the sister of the deceased.
Alla Dukiy is survived by her husband, two daughters, mother and sisters.

Алла народилася і мешкала в Києві. Після школи із сестрою одразу пішли працювати. Згодом вийшла заміж, народила доньок. Вона багато з ними займалася, вигадувала різні ігри й так зрозуміла своє покликання. Жінка вступила до Національного педагогічного університету імені Михайла Драгоманова та здобула освіту вчительки початкової школи і психологині. А у 2005 році разом із подругою відкрила дитячу підготовчу школу «Знаєчка», де навчали дітей від 2 до 6 років.
«Вона буквально жила дітьми і весь вільний час присвячувала навчанню, розвитку школи. Таких людей на світі мало. Алла була дуже щирою, відкритою, завжди приходила на допомогу і мала беззаперечний авторитет серед рідних, друзів і знайомих», – сказала сестра загиблої Оксана.
В Алли Дукій залишився чоловік, дві доньки, мама та сестри.

Конкретно Огородник К.М. стал одним из участников декларационного скандала по результатам журналистского расследования агентства «Портал Четвертая Влада»1, которое проанализировав копии имущественных деклараций за 2013 год, установило несоответствие его состояния задекларированным доходам.

Общественным советом доброчестности в Высшую квалификационную комиссию судей Украины в отношении Огородника К.М., в то время кандидата на должность судьи Верховного Суда, было предоставлено решение о его неблагочестии по результатам проверки поданных им деклараций, однако это не помешало его дальнейшему назначению на должность.

Также Огородник К.М. попал в список недоброчестных кандидатов на должности судей Верховного суда, которые были сформированы общественным проектом «Честно.фильтруй суд».

И это не просто стечение обстоятельств, Огородник является наиболее коррумпированным судьей Верховного суда.
