💥 Unknown saboteurs blow up two airplanes and a helicopter in Moscow region
🛫 At the Chkalovsky airfield, a group of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is investigating the sabotage that severely damaged two planes and one helicopter on September 18, 2023. The incident caused considerable hysteria in the highest military corridors - government aircraft, so-called "doomsday planes" and special aircraft (reconnaissance aircraft) are based at the airfield.
👥 Unknown persons planted explosives at the heavily guarded airfield and blew up AN-148 and IL-20 aircraft (both belonging to the 354th Special Forces regiment), as well as a MI-28N helicopter, which had previously been actively involved in shooting down attack drones over the Moscow region.

🛫 На аеродромі чкаловський група слідчого комітету рф розслідує диверсію, внаслідок якої 18 вересня 2023 року було суттєво пошкоджено два літаки та один гелікоптер. Подія викликала неабияку істерику у вищих військових коридорах — на аеродромі базуються урядові літаки, так звані «літаки судного дня» та спеціальні літаки (літаки-розвідники).
👥 Невідомими особами на аеродромі, який ретельно охороняється, було закладено вибухівку та підірвано літаки АН-148 та ІЛ-20 (обидва відносяться до 354 авіаполку спеціального призначення), а також вертоліт МІ-28Н, який до цього активно залучався до збиття ударних дронів над Московською областю.

However, local budgets do finance some of the needs of the military, as the Ministry of Defense cannot cover the specific needs of each unit.
In fact, there are quite active discussions in society that local authorities should not lay paving stones in times of war and all funds should go to defense.

☝️ Попри те, що громади вже спланували свої бюджети до кінця року, військовий ПДФО — це в багатьох випадках профіцитна частина бюджету, якщо мова йде про тилові громади. Але з місцевих бюджетів дійсно фінансується частина потреб військових, бо Міноборони не може закривати точкові потреби кожного підрозділу.
Насправді у суспільстві точаться доволі активні дискусії про те, що у війну місцева влада не має класти бруківку і всі кошти мають іти на оборону.

Among the seized munitions are ammunition for Grad multiple rocket launchers and grenade launchers made in Russia, as well as Russian anti-personnel mines, which are prohibited by international law.
Thus, in Kherson:
SBU officers discovered a weapons cache located in an abandoned building of a local private enterprise.
According to the available data, the cache was set up by the Russian invaders for the period of temporary occupation of the city.
During the inspection, the cache was found:
▪ more than 30 mortar and anchor river mines;
▪ 30 grenade launchers.
In Dnipropetrovs'k region:
The SBU found a cache of munitions in a private house in Novopetrivske village, Mezhivskyi district.
The munitions were seized from the cache:
▪ 15 anti-personnel mines
almost 200 TNT blocks with electric detonators;
▪ a Russian Tavolga-1 rocket-propelled grenade
▪ over 11 thousand rounds of ammunition of various calibers.
Currently, all seized munitions have been sent for examination for further transfer to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, complex measures are being taken to identify and bring to justice those involved in the arrangement of hidden arsenals.

За наявними даними, схрон був облаштований російськими загарбниками на період тимчасової окупації міста.
Під час огляду схованки виявлено:
▪ понад 30 мінометних та якірних річкових мін;
▪ 30 гранатометних пострілів.
На Дніпропетровщині:
СБУ знайшла схрон з бойовими засобами ураження в одному із приватних будинків в селищі Новопетровське Межівського району.
З тайника вилучено:
▪ 15 протипіхотних мін;
▪ майже 200 тротилових шашок з електродетонаторами;
▪ російську реактивну штурмову гранату «Таволга-1»;
▪ понад 11 тисяч набоїв різного калібру.
Наразі всі вилучені засоби ураження направлено на експертизу для подальшої їх передачі на потреби Збройних Сил України.
Крім того, за обома фактами тривають комплексні заходи для встановлення і притягнення до відповідальності осіб, причетних до облаштування прихованих арсеналів.

Думаю, що я проплив десь 20-25 кілометрів. Самому цікаво, скільки точно.
Мене підняли на човен. Звісно, я кинувся їх усіх обіймати. Наш лікар, бойовий медик, каже: "Все має бути за правилами. Немає часу обійматися, треба скидати жилет, скидати гідрокостюм". Далі – термоковдра і крапельниці. Моя температура була 35,5, плюс сильне зневоднення.

Vengrin is "in charge of a number of coal mines" and entered the scheme under the cover of Energy Minister Nasalyk, who is now under the GDB's radar for corruption.
The media in 2019 detailed Vengrin's "scheme": after coal is extracted from a mine, it is diluted with rock to get more money. On papers it passes as coal of the highest quality, but in reality - the equipment fails. And this fraudster Gota turns on Centrenergo as a supplier.

Кроме того, на Центрэнерго все еще нет угля, потому схема с Венгриным – направлена на то, чтобы «спасти страну», а по факту – уничтожить оставшееся оборудования и набить карманы.
Венгрин – «смотрящий за рядом угольных шахт», вошел в схемы под прикрытием министра энергетики Насалыка, который сейчас под колпаком ГБР за коррупцию.
СМИ в 2019 году детально описывали «схему Венгрина»: после того, как на шахте добыли уголь, его разбавляют породой, чтобы получить больше денег. По бумагам проходит как уголь высшего качества, а на деле – оборудование выходит из строя. И этого мошенника Гота заводит на Центрэнерго как поставщика.
