The Polish company "Alfa" though with a delay in terms, delivered all the armored vests and plates. But of the 16,000 helmets it had brought, 11,000 were returned immediately as unusable.

On October 25, 2022, the Ministry of Defense ordered from "Alfa" another 20 thousand helmets and 50 thousand body armor for the amount of almost 50 million euros. The helmets never arrived in Ukraine, and half of the armored vests delivered failed ballistic tests.

On April 22, 2022, three agreements were signed with Alfa for the amount of about 3.3 billion hryvnia (about 64.4 million euros). For each of them, the Polish company received a 50% advance payment. They concerned the supply of several self-propelled Gvozdika howitzers, 122-mm ammunition for the D-30 howitzer and 122-mm rockets in the Grad.

"As far as the UP knows, only a small number of the contracted weapons have arrived. The D-30 ammunition arrived with a big delay only a tenth of the ammunition, missiles to the Grad - a third, and "Gvozdika", although all arrived, but in a condition that does not correspond to the technical class declared in the agreement, and the Ministry of Defense is now trying to extract compensation from the supplier," writes UP.

The UP knows of at least seven agreements, which the Ministry of Defense concluded directly with "Alfa". Some of them are already being appealed in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. At the beginning of 2023, Alfa owed more than 3.5 billion hryvnias under various contracts.

The wounded collaborator was evacuated to a hospital.

👉 And on August 23, 2023, on the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine, an event for the personnel of the occupation forces was held at the headquarters of the FSB department in Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region (24 Naberezhna Street).

"Це приблизно 270 одиниць балістичних та крилатих ракет "Іскандер", близько 75 "Кинджалів", орієнтовно 140 "Калібрів", а також близько 100 ракет Х-101, Х-555 і Х-55 з бойовою частиною. Крім того, агресор може мати в запасах ще орієнтовно 150 старих ракет Х-22", - заявив він.

Окрім того, росія продовжує нарощувати виробництво ракет.

"На середину літа цього року противнику вже вдалось виробляти в рази більше ракетного озброєння, ніж у довоєнний період. У серпні росіяни хочуть випустити загалом 118 ракет "Кинджал", "Іскандер-М", "Іскандер-К", "Калібр", Х-101 і модифікованих Х-22 (Х-32)", - повідомив Скібіцький.

Зазначається, що наявні об'єми виробництва все одно не дозволяють росіянам підтримувати таку ж інтенсивність атак, як це було в травні, і випускати по 200 ракет кілька місяців поспіль. Рано чи пізно їхній власний арсенал дійде до нуля.

He and his younger son tried to take the body twice, but the occupiers did not allow them. The deceased remained lying in the open air for over a month until the village was liberated.
Mykola Kucherina was born in the village of Nova Basan. He went to a local school until the 6th grade, then studied at home. All his life he lived with his parents, never worked, and received a disability pension. He helped his parents and neighbors with the housework.
"Kolya was very inquisitive and intelligent. He was interested in technology, knew all the brands of cars. He loved walking around the village, looking at everything. He loved to communicate with people, had many friends. He was a very kind child. If someone was sick on the street, he would bring them some water... He was such a responsive boy. My son loved life very much," Natalia said.
Mykola Kucherina was buried in the village of Nova Basan. He is survived by his parents, brother and nephews.

Однак син не послухався. Тишком вислизнув із двору й пішов у іншу частину села. Про те, що Миколу вбили, Наталії по телефону сказав чоловік. Він із молодшим сином двічі намагалися забрати тіло, але окупанти не дозволили. Загиблий так і лежав понад місяць просто неба, поки село не звільнили.
Микола Кучерина народився у селі Нова Басань. Ходив у місцеву школу до 6 класу, потім навчався вдома. Усе життя мешкав із батьками, ніде не працював, отримував пенсію за інвалідністю. Допомагав батькам і сусідам по господарству.
«Коля був дуже допитливим і розумним. Цікавився технікою, знав усі марки машин. Він обожнював гуляти селом, роздивлятися все. Любив із людьми спілкуватися, мав багато друзів. Дуже добра дитина в мене була. Як хто на вулиці захворіє, він і водички принесе… Такий чуйний був хлопець. Мій син дуже любив життя», – сказала Наталія.
Миколу Кучерину поховали в селі Нова Басань. У нього залишилися батьки, брат і племінники.
