According to the investigation, from August 2022 to the present, Mikheichik provided 6 civilian aircraft for the relevant flights from Syria and Iran to assembly points in Russia.

Thus, on August 8, 2022, civilian aircraft of the defendant's airline transported weapons and Wagner instructors from Iran to Moscow on international flight RFF8629.

And on September 18, Russian mercenaries were traveling by Syria-Grozny flight (flight RFF8631).

Another flight of the occupiers was recorded on February 26, 2023, on flight RFF8936 from Latakia (Syria) to Rostov-on-Don.

Subsequently, Wagner mercenaries with their military equipment were transferred to Ukraine to participate in hostilities on the southern and eastern fronts, including near Bakhmut.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served Mikheychyk a notice of suspicion under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (planning, preparation, initiation and conduct of an aggressive war).

The offender faces up to 15 years in prison. Comprehensive measures are under way to bring him to justice for crimes against our state.

The investigation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

Ще один переліт окупантів зафіксовано 26 лютого 2023 року на рейсі RFF8936 з Латакії (Сирія) до Ростова-на-Дону.

У подальшому найманців «Вагнера» з їхньою військовою технікою перекидали в Україну для участі у бойових діях на південному та східному фронтах, у тому числі під Бахмутом.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили Міхєйчику про підозру за ч. 5 ст. 27, ч. 2 ст. 437 КК України (планування, підготовка, розв’язування та ведення агресивної війни).

Зловмиснику загрожує до 15 років ув’язнення. Тривають комплексні заходи для притягнення його до відповідальності за злочини проти нашої держави.
