On June 22, the High Anti-Corruption Court issued a ruling declaring the extension of the investigation into key episodes of the case illegal. This means that the serving of suspicion notices to the defendants is also illegal. Importantly, this decision is final and not subject to appeal. However, the NABU and the SAPO believe that this does not concern them and have filed an appeal against the HACC decision. It will be interesting to see how the Court of Appeal reacts, as this is a direct violation of procedural law.

And it is not the first one. The fact is that the proceedings in Sennichenko's case have already been opened once - and then closed without seeing any signs of a crime. Then the decision to close it was illegally canceled, and only after that was the request to extend the investigation.

📌 During April, May and June, representatives of the "Kraken" special unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine together with volunteers of the Charitable Foundation "Humanitarian Center of Kharkiv Region" delivered humanitarian aid to the residents of the settlements liberated from Russian occupants in Kharkiv region.

▫️ More than 5500 people who are currently living in the de-occupied villages were provided with food packages: Borysivka, Pylyne, Lukyantsi, Morokhovets, Krasne, Strilecha, Vesele, Neskuchne, Kindrashivka, Artemivka, Tyshchenkivka, Novyi Burluk, Velykyi Burluk, Borshchova, Slobozhanske, Shchaslyve, Lysohirka, Novopavlivka, Savintsy, Yakovenkove, Donetske, Topolske, Mala Komyshuvakha, Kamianka, Dibrova, Osynove, Senkove, Brigadyrivka, Blahodativka, Hrushivka, Nechvolodivka, Novolipetske, and the towns of Kupyansk and Izium.

☝️ In addition, as part of a separate project, we visited family-type orphanages that were located in the occupied territories of Kharkiv region and were liberated during the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The families received humanitarian food aid and many gifts.

A year before the full-scale war, his wife, with whom Anatolii had lived for over 55 years, died. For the winter, his son Oleksandr took his father to live in Yahidne.
Anatolii really wanted to go home to his native village. The son was waiting for it to get warmer, because in winter it was difficult for his father to take care of himself. In Yahidne, Anatoliy was caught up in a full-scale war.
On March 5, 2022, the occupiers brought the 81-year-old man to the school basement.
"My father was very hardworking. People of his generation worked long and hard on the land. When Putin attacked, my father told me: "I was born in the war. I will probably die in the war."

My father was very concerned that we were going through all this. He was getting weaker in the basement day by day. And around 4 p.m. on March 10, I went outside, my wife stayed with my father. After a while, she ran outside and shouted: "My father is dead!" Oleksandr recalls.
Before he died, Anatoliy Indilo tried to tell his daughter-in-law something, whispering, but she could not understand a word because of the noise in the basement.
Anatolii is survived by his children and grandchildren.

Анатолій дуже хотів додому в рідне село. Син чекав, аби потеплішало, адже взимку татові було важко самостійно обслуговувати себе. У Ягідному Анатолія і застала повномасштабна війна.
5 березня 2022 року окупанти привели 81-річного чоловіка до шкільного підвалу.

The SBU detained another enemy informant in the course of counter-sabotage operations in Donetsk region.

The offender was collecting information for Russian occupants about the locations and movements of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units involved in the counteroffensive in the Bakhmut sector.

First of all, he tried to identify the locations of Ukrainian artillery, including the combat positions of HIMARS rocket artillery systems.

The defendant sent the information to a Telegram bot created by the Russian Federal Security Service to collect intelligence on the location of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

SBU officers detained the collaborator when he was leaving his home to conduct covert surveillance of Ukrainian troops.

According to the investigation, the offender was a resident of Toretsk, Donetsk region, who began informing the aggressor about the routes of movement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in late June.

In his messages, he indicated the approximate coordinates of Ukrainian facilities with reference to the terrain.

During the search, the SBU found a cell phone that he used to transmit intelligence.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served a notice of suspicion to the offender under Part 7 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaboration).

He is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The offender faces up to 15 years in prison.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

За даними слідства, зловмисником виявився мешканець Торецька Донецької області, який наприкінці червня почав інформувати агресора про маршрути пересування підрозділів ЗСУ.

У своїх повідомленнях він зазначав орієнтовні координати українських об’єктів з прив’язкою до місцевості.

Під час обшуку у затриманого виявлено мобільний телефон, який він використовував для передачі розвідданих.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили фігуранту про підозру за ч. 7 ст. 111-1 Кримінального кодексу України (колабораційна діяльність).

Наразі він перебуває під вартою. Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину. Зловмиснику загрожує до 15 років тюрми.

Контрдиверсійні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ в Донецькій та Луганській областях за процесуального керівництва Донецької обласної прокуратури.
