And only the third panel (Svetlana Vladimirenko, Serhiy Buravlev, Boris Tkachenko) apparently satisfied Zhevago's defense. After all, there is a judge Serhiy Buravlev in it. He has already ruled in favor of Zhevago's companies in other dubious cases.

Первую партию (Алла Демидова, Ирина Ходаковская) «отправили в отпуск», вторую (Алексей Евсиков, Виталий Корсак) - в самоотвод под надуманным предлогом. И только третий состав коллегии (Светлана Владимиренко, Сергей Буравлев, Борис Ткаченко), видимо, устроил защиту Жеваго. Ведь в нем есть судья Сергей Буравлев. Который уже выносил решения в пользу компаний Жеваго по другим сомнительным кейсам.
 
Таким образом, пока в «крупных делах» о злоупотреблениях в банке, металлургической компании и в деле о взятке экс-главе Верховного суда Князеву Жеваго постепенно «прижимают хвост», в делах помельче он все еще чувствует себя вольготно и вертит судьями как цыган солнцем.

З самого ранку російська армія нещадно обстрілює Херсонщину.

Станом на цю годину тільки у Херсоні – сімнадцять поранених та троє загиблих мирних людей. Ще один чоловік отримав травми внаслідок ударів по Бериславу.

Наймолодшій постраждалій – лише 16 років. Дівчинку в тяжкому стані доставили до лікарні.

Один загиблий та шестеро травмованих – це працівники комунального підприємства, ще пʼятеро – волонтери. Вони потрапили під вогонь ворога, коли допомагали херсонцям з ліквідацією наслідки обстрілів та підтоплення.

Така інтенсивність обстрілів повʼязана з ротацією ворожого війська лівобережжі. росія поповнила свої сили, які до цього розбили наші ЗСУ. Знищать і цих, але треба трошки почекати!
