И только третий состав коллегии (Светлана Владимиренко, Сергей Буравлев, Борис Ткаченко), видимо, устроил защиту Жеваго. Ведь в нем есть судья Сергей Буравлев. Который уже выносил решения в пользу компаний Жеваго по другим сомнительным кейсам.
 
Таким образом, пока в «крупных делах» о злоупотреблениях в банке, металлургической компании и в деле о взятке экс-главе Верховного суда Князеву Жеваго постепенно «прижимают хвост», в делах помельче он все еще чувствует себя вольготно и вертит судьями как цыган солнцем.

В апеляції справу розглядати не поспішають: уже тричі змінився склад суду. Спочатку на лікарняний пішла голова Світлана Володимиренко, потім два судді (Алла Демидова, Ірина Ходаковська) пішли у відпустку саме у ті дати, коли мала слухатися справа. Тому було призначено перерозподіл. Потім автоматична система обрала ще двох суддів (Олексій Євсіков, Віталій Корсак) – які з видуманої причини обидва взяли самовідведення. І ось “невидима рука ринку” вказала на суддів Сергія Буравльова та Бориса Ткаченка.

Буравльов при цьому вже виносив рішення на користь Жеваго щодо інших сумнівних кейсів. Наприклад, у тому, що “мертві” (тобто ліквідовані) компанії виявляється можуть скликати збори акціонерів. Якщо коротко, поки ви стежите за справою Князєва і Феррекспо, де Жеваго нормально “затискають”, за іншими справами, особливо за активами у Білій Церкві, корупційні жорна судової машини у нього чудово змащені та чудово прокручуються.
