In addition, he said, prices will be pressured by the global fuel market, which went up in July.

Among other problems in the market that will affect fuel pricing, the expert highlighted the difficult situation in the south.

"After the shelling of Ukrainian ports, tanker owners lost their desire to transport fuel to Romanian ports and Moldova's Giurgiulesti. Those who agree have raised their freight rates by almost 50% (and some say even 100%) and demand life insurance for the entire crew, including their families. Він зазначив, що з моменту повернення колишніх податків на пальне (1 липня) бензин здорожчав трохи менше, ніж на 4 грн/л, дизпальне – трохи більше, ніж на 4 грн/л при прогнозованих 7-10 грн/л.

Окрім цього, з його слів, на ціни буде тиснути і світовий ринок пального, який у липні пішов угору.

Серед інших проблем на ринку, які будуть впливати на ціноутворення пального, експерт виділив складну ситуацію на півдні.

«Після обстрілів українських портів власники танкерів втратили бажання везти пальне у румунські порти й молдавський Джержулешті. Хто погоджується, підняли фрахти майже на 50% (а дехто каже, й на 100%) і вимагають страхування життів усієї команди, включно з родинами. Зрозуміти можна: що тій ракеті перелетіти через Дунай… Також зафіксовано випадки прямих погроз цивільним суднам з боку російських військових кораблів», — пише експерт.

The main clients of the offenders were hackers and representatives of commercial entities that conducted shadow commodity exchange and financial transactions with the aggressor country.

The cryptocurrency was cashed in underground converters that operated as currency exchange offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Rivne, and Sumy.

During the searches at the suspects' residences and workplaces, the SBU found the cryptocurrency:

▪ equipment used by the criminals in their illegal activities.

Обготівковування криптовалюти здійснювали у підпільних конвертцентрах, які діяли як пункти обміну валют у Києві, Харкові, Рівному та Сумах.

Під час обшуків за адресами проживання і роботи фігурантів виявлено:
▪ майже 60 млн у гривневому еквіваленті;
▪ обладнання, яке ділки використовували у незаконній діяльності.

Наразі одному із учасників оборудки повідомлено про підозру за ст. 200 Кримінального кодексу України (незаконні дії з документами на переказ, платіжними картками та іншими засобами доступу до банківських рахунків, електронними грошима, обладнанням для їх виготовлення).

Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину і притягнення до відповідальності інших учасників незаконної діяльності.

Під час проведення розвідувальних заходів на Луганському напрямку в районі н.п. Твердохлібове, один з підрозділів ЗСУ вийшов на добре укріплені та підготовлені позиції противника.
