They provided services of withdrawing Russian rubles from the territory of Russia by converting them into cryptocurrency and cashing them into hryvnia.

The main clients of the offenders were hackers and representatives of commercial entities that conducted shadow commodity exchange and financial transactions with the aggressor country.

The cryptocurrency was cashed in underground converters that operated as currency exchange offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Rivne, and Sumy.

During the searches at the suspects' residences and workplaces, the SBU found the cryptocurrency:
▪ almost UAH 60 million in the hryvnia equivalent
▪ equipment used by the criminals in their illegal activities.

Currently, one of the participants of the transaction was served a notice of suspicion under Art. 200 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal actions with transfer documents, payment cards and other means of access to bank accounts, electronic money, equipment for their production).

The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring to justice other participants in the illegal activity.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

▪ обладнання, яке ділки використовували у незаконній діяльності.

Наразі одному із учасників оборудки повідомлено про підозру за ст. 200 Кримінального кодексу України (незаконні дії з документами на переказ, платіжними картками та іншими засобами доступу до банківських рахунків, електронними грошима, обладнанням для їх виготовлення).

Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину і притягнення до відповідальності інших учасників незаконної діяльності.

Комплексні заходи проводили за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора.

Among other problems in the market that will affect fuel pricing, the expert highlighted the difficult situation in the south.

"After the shelling of Ukrainian ports, tanker owners lost their desire to transport fuel to Romanian ports and Moldova's Giurgiulesti. And if someone who lives far from the war zone asks why it is impossible to end the war on the terms of the aggressor and give up some territories or leave people in those territories, then one can argue that the creeping occupation of Russia, if left unchecked, will sooner or later reach other territories. Both to the western part of Ukraine and to NATO countries. And in new wars, the Russians will use people who have grown up in the occupation. This is the strategy of the empire.
Therefore, it is worth fighting back against the occupiers here and now, right away, so that the enemy cannot use human resources on the occupied lands in its new wars over the years. Therefore, it is impossible to negotiate with the aggressor somewhere in the middle or make concessions.

Окупантам знадобилось лише 8 років, щоб після окупації Криму та частини сходу України після 2014 року, щоб мобілізовувати десятки тисяч людей, які не хотіли воювати проти України у свою армію під примусом. Звісно, це були не проактивні люди, які самі кують свою долю, а ті, що просто чекали, як зміниться ситуація. Можливо, вони латентно були за росію, можливо, просто не хотіли кидати свої домівки, але питання не в цьому. Радянська влада робила так само, спершу окуповувала, а потім з роками вже збирала "врожаї" до лав своєї армії з окупованих територій.

І якщо хтось, хто живе далеко від зони бойових дій питає, чому не можливо закінчити війну на умовах агресора і віддати деякі території чи покинути людей на тих територіях, то можна наводити аргумент, що повзуча окупація рф, якщо її не зупинити рано чи пізно дотягнеться і до інших територій. І до західної частини України, і до країн НАТО. І в нових війнах росіяни будуть використовувати вже людей, які виросли в окупації. Така стратегія імперії.
Тому варто давати відсіч окупантам тут і зараз, одразу, щоб ворог не міг використовувати з роками людські ресурси на загарбаних землях в своїх нових війнах. Тому не можна домовлятись з агресором десь посередині чи йти на поступки.
