Based on these facts, SBU investigators served Kuznetsov-Krasovsky a new notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 442 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (public calls for genocide (an act intentionally committed with the aim of the complete or partial destruction of a national or ethnic group by taking the lives of members of such a group).

As the offender is hiding from justice abroad, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring him to justice.

As a reminder, according to the SBU, in February this year, the Russian propagandist was sentenced to 5 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Нагадаємо, що за матеріалами СБУ, в лютому цього року російського пропагандиста було засуджено до 5 років ув’язнення з конфіскацією майна.
