According to the plan, the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice (who were paid $500 thousand by the state) lost the arbitration.

The ruling on the return of the money was prepared personally by Mr. Maliushka. And the money was taken, by Shmygal's consent, from the (!) coronavirus fund. NABU saw in this part. 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code - embezzlement of property on a large scale (7 to 12 years in prison). The link between all the participants in the scheme was Andriy Dovbenko, who is currently on the international wanted list. He was also directly involved in the sale of the property of Sberbank of Russia, which was pledged as collateral for almost all of Yurkevich's assets. Therefore, Mosiychuk doubts that the money from the covid fund went to Yurkevich and not to the intermediaries.

Поэтому Мосийчук сомневается, что деньги из ковидного фонда попали Юркевичу, а не остались у посредников.
