Also, copies of occupation newspapers were forcibly distributed according to the "order" right at the post office.

In these "publications", Russian authors justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, discredited the Defense Forces and called on people to support the invaders.

According to the investigation, the "parties" did not enter into any contracts, and all "settlements" were made solely on the basis of verbal agreements.

This allowed the farmer to pay amounts for the land that were significantly lower than the market price, as well as to avoid taxation.

Currently, based on the SBU materials, a lawsuit has been filed with the Economic Court of Cherkasy region demanding to terminate the lease agreement with the religious institution and return the land to state ownership.

Investigative actions are ongoing in the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 1 Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud).

Comprehensive measures are being taken to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the participants of the "scheme" to justice.

The operation was conducted by the SBU Office in Cherkasy region jointly with the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Uman District Prosecutor's Office.

У межах кримінального провадження за ч. 1 ст. 190 Кримінального кодексу України (шахрайство) тривають слідчі дії.

Проводяться комплексні заходи для встановлення всіх обставин злочину і притягнення учасників «схеми» до відповідальності .

Заходи з викриття правопорушення проводили співробітники СБУ в Черкаській області спільно з Національною поліцією за процесуального керівництва Уманської окружної прокуратури.
