Особливо любила дітей і просто обожнювала свою маленьку донечку Альбіну. Також дуже працелюбна, любила землю і все живе, особливо квіти. Зі своєї старенької садиби вона зробила зразково-показову, за всіма канонами садово-паркового мистецтва, навіть з мініфонтаном», – сказала бойова посестра Яна Костюченко.

Валентину поховали в рідному селі.
