Investigators established that the offender joined the ranks of the DNR terrorist organization back in 2016.

Then the occupants appointed her "manager of the affairs" of the occupation administration of Yenakiyevo."

There, she organized anti-Ukrainian rallies, helped to quarter militants and facilitated their logistical support.

Later, she was "promoted" to "vice mayor of Torez" and was assigned to be responsible for the "social block".

Based on the collected evidence, the court found the offender guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ part 2, article 111 (high treason committed under martial law);
▪️ Part 1 Article 258-3 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization)

The suspect is currently hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine. Comprehensive measures to bring her to justice are under way.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Chernivtsi region under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor's Office.

Тоді окупанти призначили її «керуючою справами» окупаційної адміністрації м. Єнакієве».

Там вона організовувала антиукраїнські мітинги, допомагала розквартировувати бойовиків і сприяла їх матеріально-технічному забезпеченню.

Згодом її «підвищили» до «віцемера м. Торез» та доручили відповідати за «соціальний блок».

На підставі зібраних доказів суд визнав зловмисницю винною за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
▪️ ч. 2 ст. 111 (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану);
▪️ ч. 1 ст. 258-3 (участь у терористичній групі чи терористичній організації)

Наразі фігурантка переховується від правосуддя на тимчасово окупованій частині України. Тривають комплексні заходи для притягнення винної до відповідальності.

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в Чернівецькій області за процесуального керівництва органів прокуратури.

It has been established that in August last year he received a so-called "grain trade patent" from the aggressor.

At the same time, the collaborator assumed "obligations" to pay taxes to the budget of the aggressor country.

According to the investigation, within a month he illegally exported to Russia more than 1,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat totaling almost UAH 5 million.

There, he sold agricultural products to Russian monopolists and received payment in rubles.

After the liberation of the area, the offender tried to "lie low" and thus avoid justice.

However, SBU officers established his whereabouts and detained him.

Based on the collected evidence, the offender was served a notice of suspicion under Part 4 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaboration).

На підставі зібраних доказів фігуранту повідомлено про підозру за ч. 4 ст. 111-1 Кримінального кодексу України (колабораційна діяльність).
