📝 Відповідно до урядової постанови № 381, передбачається сплата компенсації на закупівлю будівельних матеріалів для ремонту у пошкоджених будинках, зокрема відокремлених житлових будинках садибного типу, зблокованих будинках з окремими квартирами, що мають свій власний вхід з вулиці, котеджах та будинках одноквартирних підвищеної комфортності, будинках садибного типу, дачах.

💰Максимальна сума компенсації за один пошкоджений об’єкт — 500 тисяч гривень. Питання видачі чи відмови у грошовій компенсації вирішуватиме спеціальна комісія.

Отримувачами компенсацій можуть бути фізичні особи — громадяни України:
➡️ власники пошкодженого/знищеного майна;
➡️ замовники будівництва;
➡️ власники спеціального майнового права на незавершені об’єкти будівництва;
➡️ інвестори об’єктів будівництва, щодо яких отримано право на виконання будівельних робіт;
➡️ члени ЖК та ЖБК, які викупили житло, але не оформили право власності;
➡️ спадкоємці вищезазначених категорій.
