Кім зазначив, що Миколаїв майже чотири місяці не обстрілювався окупантами. За його словами, сьогоднішній удар був незвичним і викликав у жителів паніку.

"Це 113 день без обстрілів Миколаєва. З 31 грудня не було обстрілів... Була легка паніка у людей. Це підступний удар росіян по цивільних, там немає військових об'єктів... Але це незвичний був удар, ми не реагували, ми не бачили, тому це був, як сніг на голову", - зазначив Кім.

In addition, he passed the coordinates of local railway infrastructure facilities to the aggressor.

SBU officers detained the offender while he was performing a reconnaissance task.

The informant was an unemployed resident of Lyman, who was "in touch" with a militant of the occupation groups of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation.

On the instructions of the aggressor, his accomplice walked around the territory of the liberated city and recorded the locations of Ukrainian defenders and infrastructure facilities.

The enemy informant then passed the information to the militant via the banned Russian social network Odnoklassniki.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served a notice of suspicion to the offender under Part 7 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (providing assistance to the armed formations of the aggressor state in conducting hostilities against the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations).

The offender is currently in custody. He faces up to 15 years in prison.

The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
